You Are Truly Blessed

Everyday we wake up, is a gift within itself. It is an opportunity not to think of the past, but to prepare for the future. It is a new day to show the world how blessed we really are.

Not in selfishness, but in love. Because when you think about how good God has been to you you want to share it with the world.

One way is through acts of kindness, like a smile. Just by showing how happy you are could create such a contagious effect, making everyone in the room who was sad now happy.

Another way, is by opening and holding the door. Letting someone go into a building before you, or out of a building after you. Providing a nice and kind way of doing things.

Giving someone a hug, is also a great way of being a blessing. Because you don't know what that person is dealing with. They could be going through a job loss, the loss of a family member. Or may have never had someone in their life that cares.

These are some of the great ways that we can truly let the glory of God work through us. To represent how blessed we truly are.

We wasn't created to be stressed, but to be blessed. Every day letting the Lord shape, make, and mold us into his image and likeness, allowing the world to see his glory and wonderful works through us.

But as the World turns, we can become so easily distracted and caught up in the negativity that surrounds us. And it doesn't take long for that to happen. All you have to do is turn on the news.

Seeing all that's going on could put you in a sad place quickly. But don't stress about it, don't worry about it, pray about it.

Because Prayer Changes Things. It moves mountains that can never be moved by one person alone, which is you. And allow the Lord himself to step in and fix it the right way…

So we can get back to doing what we do best, being a blessing to others because the Lord has been a blessing to us.
