What is Wrong with Vocal?
and how can I fix it?
I am a paid Vocal Plus member. I paid in May, and the settings tab still confirms I am paid up. I have two subscribers to my content, and this morning, when I was finally able to properly utilize the interface, I lost days again last week. I find that my account has practically been downgraded, and I can't publish exclusive content. Is this happening to other people? I look at the names, and I see no V+ symbols.
Every time Vocal does something, its website becomes increasingly unusable. Alienating their paid members seems like a bad idea to me, but what do I know? I'm just a disabled creator who gets what little money I can make to submit my writing to contests and publishing opportunities here. After spending a month without access to publishing and encountering frequent site down issues, I am starting to worry that something is going seriously wrong behind the scenes.
