Vocal Glitches or Just Me?

Is Anyone Else Facing These Issues on Vocal? I Could Really Use Some Help.

I've been running into a couple of frustrating problems on Vocal lately, and I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing—or better yet, if someone has found a solution.

The first issue is with my Saved page.

I usually don't have enough free time to read every story as soon as I find it. Whenever I come across a great article or an unofficial challenge that I want to participate in later, I simply save it so I can come back when I have more time.

Unfortunately, that hasn't been possible anymore.

Whenever I open the Saved tab (or the Subscribed Creators tab), instead of showing my saved stories, I only get a red warning that says:

"Something went wrong. Help us improve."

Because of this, I can't access any of the stories I've saved over the past weeks. It's especially disappointing when I finally get some free time and want to read them or write an entry for an unofficial challenge, only to realize I can't even see my saved list.

I've already contacted the Vocal Help team, hoping they could tell me whether this is a known bug or if there was something wrong with my account. Sadly, I never received a reply.

The second issue is with my statistics.

Ever since the platform update around early July (I believe it was around July 2), my stats page has been acting strangely.

Both my Total Reads and Reads in the Last 30 Days now show zero, even though that's obviously not accurate.

At first, I thought it might only be a display bug, but then something else happened that made me wonder if there are larger issues.

Two people tipped my stories anonymously, yet I never received the usual email notifications that Vocal normally sends when someone leaves a tip. That has never happened before.

So now I'm not sure whether these problems are all connected or just separate bugs.

If anyone knows anything about these issues, or if you've experienced the same thing yourself, I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know in the comments.

To be honest, every time something unusual happens with my writing accounts, I get a little anxious. My account has had problems in the past, so even a small error makes me wonder whether something is wrong again. That's why I'm hoping these are simply platform-wide bugs and not something specific to my account.

If you're seeing the same issues, that would at least give me some peace of mind. And if you've already found a solution or heard anything from the Vocal team, I'd be incredibly grateful if you could share it.
