When I cooked up this rogue challenge, it was tongue-in-cheek, mainly thinking of fictional entries, like that time I brought in a ringer at the turkey shoot, but that’s neither here nor there. It’s probably not fair that I got a top story for this insanity:
Honestly, I was just screwing around, creating my antithesis. Hmmmm, maybe best not to dwell on that. Truly, I almost didn’t post it (my drafts are full of half-baked oddities), and you can’t imagine how surprised I was when I saw it was made top story. Sure, it’s clever, but of everything I’ve posted since my last top story, is it the best? I don’t think so, but my opinions are limited by my experience, so there’s that.
Is it fair that I got a top story for this nonsense? No. Is it fair that I’m entering my own challenge? No. But I probably won’t win.
