The Anatomy of Influence
On the Circles We Keep, the Visions We Build, and the Echoes We Leave Behind

• At some point in life, we should press the pause button, take a step back to assess our so called "Circle of Friends". If no one in that circle motivates you to do better or be better today than you were yesterday, if no one in that circle challenges your day to day ideology in whether they align your morals to where if tested, no matter who or what the circumstances may be you stand firm on the truth even if it means losing some of those whom you love in the name of transparency and truth, if no one in that circle challenges you simply just to be great things and be great, it's not a Circle, it's a square.
• Any act if life to elevate you or those around you must be reciprocated or the act in itself is doomed to fail. So be mindful of whom you surround yourself with.
× The Bible does state 'Iron Sharpens Iron"

•There are some, unfortunately whom were born without the ability to see, born blind.
•Most will identify these folks as having "A Disability"
•Then there are those whom were born with the ability to see but have no vision in life whatsoever
•Every living human identifies these folks as being "A Liability"

•Good things do come to those who wait, but only the things left by those who hustle.
•Caution yourself being comfortable practicing mediocrity as an ideology. It is the accelerant that destroys a curious mind.

•Sticks and stones may break my bones but names or words will never harm me.
•This would only be relevant in a perfect world but unfortunately we don't live in a perfect world and words do matter, words cut deep and they hurt. It's not only what you say it can also be how you say it. There is an old Samoan proverb that says,
×"E pala le ma'a ae le pala le tala" (in Samoan) ..meaning
×"Rocks will decay but words don't"
•Be careful not only on what you say but how you say things to others. A wise man once told me "Son, don't ever let your mouth move faster than your feet." It is said the tongue is mightier than the sword.
