The third installment of 'The Alice and Jerry books' picks up on the Harding's journey across the United States with their adventure that starts with visiting Washington D.C. and its sites before moving on through Virginia and the Carolinas and having an adventure of sorts and learning more about each other on Nags Head and making friends along the way. The Harding's it seems is a family that always looks on the bright side of things no matter what seems to happen along the way. Once again, I saw an old picture of the 'Outer Banks' of the Carolina's. Wow!
