Technology Of Today

The Jetsons, produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions. Was an animated sitcom that aired on television from September 23, 1962, to March 17, 1963, on ABC, then aired reruns later, with new episodes produced from 1985 to 1987.

This was a show that changed the game of television. Not because of the automation, or even that it was a cartoon. It was because it gave you a glimpse into the future that we are becoming accustomed to today, way back in the 60s.

Even though they were talking about how cool it would be to see flying cars and robots cleaning your home and even personal AI assistants like Alexa, giving you your calendar schedule for today, so many thought it would never come true.

Flying cars no way. Yes way, because according to reports Joby Aviation is one step closer to flying their flying cars in the United States and in other countries.

Also Archer Aviation, is another flying car company that is right there with them, gearing up to do the same thing. And even though the Jetsons was an animated sitcom show back then, it was letting the world know what to get ready for today.

Humanized robots have also arrived, and they are making people's lives happy and sad all at the same time. The sad part about it is, it's taking away jobs. Jobs is the fuel that feeds the people and provides the income that keeps the economy turning.

And without the income, the economy would be in a free fall because people wouldn't have the finances to spend. No mortgages or rent could be paid, no food on the table, no shopping online or at physical locations, and no repairs for your vehicle or renovations on your properties because there would be no money to pay for it.

The happy side of it, is that humanized robots could be a helping hand to those who can really use the help. Like, for someone who is disabled and can't get around the house like they used to, the robot could help them keep their house clean. Could call help for them in an emergency, or even help them get out of bed.

Need your yard mowed, the robot can do it. Need a light bulb change, the robot can do it. Need the mail from the mailbox, the robot can do it. Even if you need someone to help you carry the groceries from your car to the house, and also put them up for you. The robot can do that too.

The Alexa or the Google Assistant pod that is sitting on your table, desk or dresser in your home or the app on your phone. Is definitely the Jetsons of the future, and a helping hand too. All you need is your voice, and you can control just about everything in your home from lights to electronics, even your favorite music you want to listen to. All by saying the name.

And soon, you won't even have to mow your own yard or higher a lawn care services to do it either. Because as we speak companies are making robot lawn mowers with AI technology that can do it for you.

Just like the robot vacuum or mop that is being used in homes today, you can have a robot lawn mower to mow your yard.

Who, would have ever thought that the animated television show The Jetsons, in the 60s would come true in the 2000s.

The creators of the sitcom must have known something we didn't. Because almost everything in the show is exactly the way we are seeing it today.

The only thing different is, what was once a vision, is now reality.
