High/low maintenance:

Denise: High maintenance - I know little to nothing about caring for my vehicle, my motorcycle, or my 4-wheeler. Heavy lifting I will need help. Many fix it things around the house, and opening jars/lids/bottles.

Low maintenance - laundry, clean up - kitchen especially, cooking, driving car, motorcycle, 4-wheeler, 18-wheeler. Dress up or down. Makeup. Writing. Except these couple's edition cards, I need my hubby to do this with me.

John: High Maintenance - I have trouble asking for help. I can get frustrated easily when doing a project and won't ask for help when I could really use some help.

Low maintenance - I can take care of myself.

Denise: Because you were a bachelor for so many years? Your daughters still watched out for you, right?

Another season I would want of a show that has ended:

Denise: I liked Ally McBeal, the Good Doctor, and House television series and any one of those I would enjoy another season of even now!

John: Dallas, Gun Smoke, and Perry Mason would be three I would like another series of.

Miss from last year:

Denise: The excitement and calm about this time of the year after having received the grant to write a book just six months earlier. Now, there is tension because I expected it to be done by now.

I definitely have regrets that I didn't get it done as I originally planned and worries about whether I can make the new timeline.

John: My riding motorcycle daily and how I can't this year due to the fractured ankle from the deer hitting me on the motorcycle.

You Arrested? Why were you arrested?

Funny Denise: I would think first that you popped someone for their bad driving. Next, I would think, oh no, did he start drinking after 35 years of sobriety?

Funny John: It would have to be something about your driving. "They seen you drive!"

On your mind last night:

Denise: Cooking 2 large crock pots of wild rice hotdish/casserole for a friend's son-in-laws funeral to drop off at 8:00 a.m. today. Going to our granddaughter's 21st birthday party today. Driving 5-6 hours roundtrip in one day.

My edits for my book that I got from an editor are not happening, and the last conversation with an elder for my book is not getting edited from ten days ago. Help. What can I cut out? Nothing! Breathe and move on. I have Monday, and Tuesday next week, before I'm out of town!

The Reiki doesn't need prep. The laughter yoga group for kids needs some prep. I can do that with hubby on our travels!

John: The Granddaughters birthday and the 5–6 hour drive. Buying a Ryker, and trading my motorcycle, shining it up for sale. Then this weeks fun 4-wheeling with the three granddaughters, the great granddaughter and a boyfriend.

Restaurant I want to try:

Denise: The Pines in Grand Rapids, MN and Owamni in Minneapolis, MN

John: None!!

Denise: Remember John's favorite food place is the Dairy Queen. He will be trying The Pines as we are not doing fast food on a date night, or it doesn't count as a date night.
