Author's Note: I am getting bored with these, so maybe I can spice them up for myself. I have always finished a card prompt box, so this would be the first if we don't finish it. Or maybe we can just take a break. They do seem to torture my husband, so maybe it is worth it. I haven't learned anything new yet though, and I don't think he has either. Maybe today.

Personality complements each other

Denise: Easy going, patient, generous, loving, caring, lots of humor. And smart. Well, sometimes you are a smart ass! Then we laugh.

John: Same! Denise: No. Come on, you can do this. John: Easy to talk to. You make me feel comfortable. You talk a lot so makes it easy for me. Then we laugh.

Free trip to outer space

Denise: No thank you! I am too old. I wouldn't mind going to Hawaii, or the northeast coast where I haven't been yet but other than that, I will have to settle for my trips to outer space in my younger days, and when I die.

John: Probably would! Denise: You would leave me? John: Probably would! Then we laugh.

Denise: When we were just going to be friends. Then when I knew for sure that it went beyond that.

John: I always feel comfortable with you. I'm never vulnerable! Denise: Come on, never vulnerable? What about when you cried with me the first time? John: Always comfortable with you!

What did you save your money for when young?

Denise: To buy school clothes, and shoes. Later it was a vehicle. Then a motorcycle. Now it's to pay for my funeral, and I am going to have to live a long time as the savings aren't doing so good.

Wish you told me more

Denise: The truth right away. Instead of my guessing if you are telling the truth. And then you tell me. It is a tease, but not always funny. Then we laugh.

John: You always tell me everything! Denise: I think they mean like I love you, Sorry, stuff like that. John: You always tell me just the right amount! Then we laugh.

Favorite family tradition

Denise: Getting together with our children, grandchildren and greats at least yearly! Yours and mine! With the hope that someday it will be altogether again, before our funeral.

John: Christmas when I was a kid, and Christmas now as we always get together with the kids.

Denise: I continue to look at possible dementia with my brain damage. Is it that or is it something more. I'm getting tested. John: Don't go there. You will talk yourself into having it. Denise: You can't talk yourself into having it. It doesn't just happen. It takes a while. If I have it happening, I want to know.

John: I don't think it is something I recently learned about myself. It is more of what I get reminded of, when with others in recovery. Like to continue to work on ego, fear and self-centeredness.

You impressing me in the beginning

Denise: I think because I was planning on just being friends, I didn't think to impress you. It was just being myself.

John: My working out and riding motorcycle. Denise: Because I was working out and wanted a motorcycle when I met you. My baby was going to be 21 and now I could buy a motorcycle again. Because you did those things, I never thought of them as you trying to impress me. It could be a nuisance because you never took time away from weights, even if it was important to me. And I couldn't buy a Harley if I was going to ride with you. Then we laughed.
