Me: Lawyer, someone owes me €50,000 but refuses to pay me. Lawyer: Do you have proof to this effect (money loan)?

Me: No, we didn’t sign any documents!

Lawyer: Write to him to ask him to pay you your 70,000 euros.

Me: But what he owes me is 50,000 euros.

Lawyer: Don't worry, just do what I tell you.

Me: Okay, that’s it! I then wrote to the person who owed me my 70,000 euros. He sent me a letter in return... And his response was "I hate lying. What I owe you is 50,000 euros and not 70,000 euros."

I then showed the lawyer the response I received from him. And all smiling, the lawyer said to me: “Okay, this is the evidence we need, we will use it against him”
