Scripting Utopia

I began writing this article today and instead ended up with this one below (which I had to then rename!).

I often get lost on a tangent from where I begin because I realise I need to give context - otherwise I fear ending up trying to explain a book worthy concept in the comments section 😅

Once you are on board (pun fully intended) - then we move into the realm of consciously scripting the stories we actually WANT to play out. The dreams we choose. The reality that fear tells us is improbable and impossible. The reality that can never be unless we have the courage to ask for it and suspend disbelief in it happening. (Some crazy catch 22, right!)

What postits are you writing and attaching to your rockets? What are you fuelling?

Dystopian horror stories? Some gore about murder and torture? Some twisted tale about how awful people can be when deprived of love and nurture?

If you are grounded in the land of fear and scripting stories based in fear or that are recording the fear playing out around you, you are creating more of it. You are focussing on it. And where your focus goes, energy flows.

So what if this -

Instead of giving more energy to the already powerful realm of fear, we begin to dare to script the world we truly seek? The world beyond that fear. What if we begin consciously writing what we want to play out in both our individual and collective lives?

Is your mind too limited by fear to explore that possibility? Are you too poisoned by the fear realm to try? Are you capable of imagining and focussing on your hearts true desire long enough to write it?

I have already decided that we are all capable. If we are still living and breathing then the dream within us has not been entirely crushed. And so we are able to write that script.

We are capable of scripting utopia.

So let’s try?

I don’t want to limit anyone’s creativity here. If you want to script a poem, an article or a fictional story about the utopia that you dream of - please do so! Don’t feel limited by anything. The very purpose is to break free of those limitations that you have been infected by.

There is no word limit on this prompt.

Dream up the very best world you can - whatever you see as being the best of the best of the best worlds, and write about it in whichever style you choose.

The question you do need to ask yourself before beginning is this -

Does my idea of utopia harm any living being?

For example - if you are about to write about a land where people have limitless, free dairy ice cream - which superficially sounds wonderful….

but this question will (hopefully) force you to reevaluate and think a little deeper (that dairy is produced by causing extreme harm to, and the imprisonment of, animals).

Which is not utopia.

There is no utopia where there is suffering or harm to any living being.

Can we reactivate your truest nature here? Your deepest humanity? Can we get your rocket ship pointed in the best direction possible before you begin the monumental task of repairing and fuelling it?
