Two of Ruby Franke's sisters have spoken out on social media following the Utah YouTuber's arrest this week on allegations of child abuse after it was discovered that a youngster had duct tape on their extremities, open wounds, and symptoms of malnutrition.

An early Friday morning link to the video led to a website that stated "Video unavailable" a few hours later. Franke's sister Bonnie Hoellein uploaded a YouTube video on Friday titled "My Statement on My Sister Ruby Franke." It wasn't apparent if Hoellein or YouTube had taken down the video.

Hoellein stated, "It would feel very out of place for me to continue posting my regular content after the arrest of my sister," in the video's description. It appears to be a weight has been lifted as we now know our nieces and nephews are safe.

My Statement on My Sister Ruby Franke is a YouTube video that Bonnie Hoellein, Franke's sister, uploaded on Friday.

After the Santa Clara-Ivins Public Safety Department received a report about a juvenile in need of assistance, Franke, the matriarch behind the "8 Passengers" YouTube channel, where she and husband Kevin Franke shared how they parented their six children, was taken into custody on Wednesday, the department said in a news release on Thursday

After the Santa Clara-Ivins Public Safety Department received a report about a juvenile in need of assistance, Franke, the matriarch behind the "8 Passengers" YouTube channel, where she and husband Kevin Franke shared how they parented their six children, was taken into custody on Wednesday, the department said in a news release on Thursday.

The youngster was brought by emergency medical services to a nearby hospital after being discovered "emaciated and malnourished, with open wounds and duct tape around the extremities," according to the release, which didn't name the child.

Franke's business partner and regular collaborator, Jodi Hildebrandt, was also detained on the same allegations.

Franke did not reply quickly to a request for comment. It was unclear if she had hired a counsel. Randy Kester, Kevin Franke's attorney, did not immediately respond to several emails demanding comment. Hildebrandt did not respond to repeated requests for comment.

YouTube acknowledged the termination of two accounts affiliated with Franke in an email to NBC News on Friday evening, but would not name the accounts.

"We can confirm that we have terminated two channels linked to Ruby Franke in accordance with our creator responsibility guidelines," the statement said.

Following Franke's arrest, YouTube stated it cancelled the two channels, stating that the platform may deactivate a channel if its owner is suspected of a severe crime and the content of the channel is closely tied to the alleged crime. Franke will no longer be able to use, own, or create an account on YouTube, according to the company.

YouTube does not say who pulled Hoellein's video or why it was removed.

Hoellein began the video by saying that she was filming the response on Thursday evening and that the week had been "nothing I could have anticipated." She said that news of her sister's arrest had spread across the internet and that she and her two other sisters, Julie Griffiths Deru and Ellie Mecham, were all "on the same page" about Franke's arrest. Hoellein, Deru, and Mecham are all social media stars that regularly post on Instagram and YouTube.

"For the last three years, we've truly clung to each other and offered support to one another, and I don't think any of us could have predicted this," she added. "We all did everything we could legally."
