Y'all remember Mad Libs, right? I loved them when I was a child, thought they were the most fun ever. I wasn't wrong. I think this community will be a super fun one to play Mad Libs in. This is how it works: I choose a literary excerpt to corrupt, then I decide which words to pull from it. I ask for words from different parts of speech. You give them to me, and I plug them in.
I'll do a follow-up post next week (and a new Mad Lib) with the words you give me plugged in. Who knows, maybe we'll even vote on the best ones and give a prize of whatever I find under the cushions in the recliner.
