The Chevrolet Blazer was put into production by Jinbei General Motors in China at the beginning of this century, and its Chinese name was Blazer. With the gradual discontinuation of production between 2004 and 2005, the Blazer fell into obscurity. After many years, Chevrolet officially released the new generation Blazer model. This new mid-size SUV is positioned between the Chevrolet Explorer and Traverse models, power provides 2.5L/3.6L in two naturally aspirated engines, and the transmission system is matched with a 9AT gearbox.

The front of the new Blazer adopts a split lamp design, which is also a very popular design approach. The "squinting" front LED daytime running lights are located in a high position and are connected by a trim strip, which also divides the largemouth front grille into two, and the overall shape is very exaggerated. The new car is available in two exterior styles, the normal version, and the RS Sport version, the former with a chrome-plated horizontal bar type center grille and the latter with a black mesh center grille, creating different visual effects.

The new Blazer is positioned as a large 5-seat mid-size SUV, similar to the Corolla and the Loulan. The car's sidelines and overall proportions appear visually tight and dynamic, and while the actual dimensions of the car have not yet been officially announced, it is expected to be similar to the Loulan and Corolla models.

At the rear, the new Blazer has a solid and heavy shape, with the upturned tailgate line and the ribbed line on the rear fender, which looks quite powerful. At the same time, the rising black trim at the D-pillar is perfectly connected with the black rear spoiler and the lower edge of the side windows, which is very clever and has a sense of design. In addition, the new car also adopts a unique tail light cluster, an RS version of the black-bottom design, further highlighting the sporty color.

Inside, the new Blazer's center console is significantly different from the design of Chevrolet's existing SUV products, and the overall layout is instead more similar to that of its fellow sports car Camaro, which also highlights the relatively youthful and sporty positioning of this model. You can see that the new car is equipped with a four-spoke steering wheel, cliff-like center console surface, round air conditioning vents, and a large central control screen, and wide seats are also quite American.

In terms of configuration, the new car will also be equipped with a panoramic sunroof, active security system package, panoramic video, electronic locking of the glove box, electrically heated steering wheel, heated/ventilated front seats, remote start/air conditioning control/window control, etc. The higher models will also be equipped with adaptive cruise control, streaming rearview mirrors, heated rear seats, etc. In terms of multimedia configuration, the new car is also equipped with a wireless charging pad, 6 USB ports, an 8-inch center screen, 4G LTE in-car Wi-Fi, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto cell phone connectivity, and other features.

As a spacious 5-seat midsize SUV, the rear seats of the new Blazer support front and rear sliding adjustment and 4/6 ratio split lowering, and the trunk space can be expanded to 1818 liters after lowering. At the same time, the new car is also equipped with front and rear sliding trunk partitions (silver crossbar in the picture), which enhances the stability of trunk storage.

In terms of power, the new Blazer is equipped with 2.5L inline four-cylinder and 3.6L V6 direct-injection naturally aspirated engines, with a maximum power of 194 hp and 309 hp, peak torque of 255 Nm and 365 Nm respectively, and the transmission system is matched with a 9-speed manual transmission with the optional 4WD system.
