Riding motorcycles is the most adventures and fun loving. Motorcycle is for those who are creative and nature loving. And ofcourse riding a bike is more suitable than a car because a bike is better for the environment than a car. Your transport uses less resources, less space and is far more efficient. A study once found that motorcycle's rider make faster decisions per minute than a fighter pilot or a race car driver on a battlefield of position. Motorcycle therapy is also effective for those who suffer with depression or any other mental health issue. You will also increase your physical health as well, by riding off road or race. Everyone who sees anyone on a motorcycle feels that the rider is cool, adventures, lives his life large and even they are secretly impressed by the rider. Unless you don't wear proper dress like shoes, helmets and gloves while riding a motorcycle then you look silly.

Motorcycles are made up of many parts. Some parts are very necessary for body purposes while some are for engines. Let's check these parts. Firstly let’s move to the body part which is much necessary for building their whole Structure.

Basic parts of motorcycles

Chassis - chassis is the most basic part of a motorcycle because the whole structure defines at this part

Engines- engines is also the most necessary parts because due to these parts our motorcycles operate

Motorcycle transmission- mostly foot-operated sequential manual transmission is found in most bikes and CVT systems which are mostly found in e-scooters and scooty

Wheel and tyres- this part is also called as base part for bikes

Body panel- this part is usually made up of high-quality plastics and aluminum which defines the overall looks of bikes.

Mudguard- basically the cover of tyres which is situated at the top of both tyres. These mudguards protect both the bike and rider from debris coming off the tyres.

Light- a basic part of bikes which makes our ride easiest at night.

Handlebars- it allows us to control the front end of the motorcycle but also houses most of the control. On the right handle, we will find the throttle which helps our bikes to run faster when we twist towards us. And on the left side, you will find mostly switchgear like light button, horn, and on/off switch.

Brakes- brakes provide the force needed to bring your bike to a stop. Usually, there are two types of brakes (disc brakes and drum brakes)

Exhaust- exhaust allows the engines of motorcycles to breathe better.

Foot Peg- footpeg allows us to position our feet in the given spot to allow our body to balance correctly on the bike. The footpeg also includes a rear brake lever on the right side and a gear lever on the left side.

These are the basic parts of the motorcycle that are very much needed to make a bike whether you are making an electronic bike or a petrol/diesel-powered one.
