The No Way Out 40 took place at Paragon Speedway, on Saturday, with Logan Seavey taking the top spot early on. As they worked their way through turns one and two and down the back straightaway for the first time, Seavey continued to lead through turn number four. Kevin Thomas Jr. was second, and CJ Leary was third.

Thomas tried to get around Leary, and they battled for second. Seavey pulled away, but then there was an incident in turn number four, causing the caution flag to come out.

After the restart, Seavey led the field to turn one and two, with Brady Bacon running second and Leary third. Matt Westfall battled for fourth position. Seavey continued to pull away, while Leary slid up and down in his position with Bacon. They were side-by-side for the second spot. Westfall looked on and ran in fourth.

Leary eventually took the lead from Seavey, but then came to a stop in turn number two, causing another caution. Seavey continued to lead after the restart, with Bacon in second and Westfall in third. Emerson Axsom moved back into third position.

With 14 laps to go, Seavey and Bacon were battling for the lead. Seavey had it, but Bacon wanted it. They were side-by-side, with Bacon trying to find a way around. They had to clear a lap car and continued to battle.

Seavey eventually extended his lead to 1.3 seconds, then to 1.9 seconds. There was a crash in turn number two, causing another caution. Seavey held on to win the No Way Out 40, with Westfall in second and Bacon in third.

Logan Seavey, from Sutter, California, won the event. The race was exciting with several lead changes and battles for positions all the way to the checkered flags.
