The Lexus LX600 was recently put on sale in Japan with a starting price of 12.5 million yen, or about 690,000 yuan. The new car is based on the TOGA-F platform and features a new Lexus family design concept on the exterior, plus a more luxurious interior, and a 3.5T V 6 engine on the power side.

The new car's exterior continues the relatively square body shape with a seven-bar chrome grille that forms a three-dimensional shape to create a borderless structure. The headlight clusters on both sides are also different, with the daytime running lights adopting a three-dimensional structure to provide a sharper visual effect.

The sides of the car also have a strong sense of heft, plus the muscular front and rear wheel arches, as well as the chrome trim, which better highlights a certain sense of quality. In terms of body dimensions, the new car is 5,100mm long and has a wheelbase of 2850mm.

At the rear, the new car adopts a through-head LED taillight design, and more strikingly, the "LEXUS" letters are used to replace the previous Lexus logo, while the design of the light clusters on both sides can still be seen in the shadow of the current model.

Inside, the new car has a new central control design. The 12.3-inch display above can display information such as audio, navigation, and multi-terrain off-road systems, while the 7-inch display below can also display important information such as off-road parameters as needed. The new system enhances user interaction through sight, touch, and sound, bringing a distinctive experience.

The new car also offers a four-seat layout for the first time. To make the rear row more comfortable, the passenger seat can be adjusted forward and the seat tilt angle can be up to 48 degrees. In addition, the rear-seat passenger has legroom of 1,100mm and a retractable footrest to provide a more relaxed sitting position.

To further increase the comfort of rear passengers, the new car also features exclusive overhead air vents, reading lights, a rear sunshade, and a dual-screen entertainment system located above the front seats, with a huge center armrest in the center of both seats and a touch screen to control the car's functions.

In terms of intelligent assisted driving, the new car comes standard with a new set of active safety systems, which include frontal collision warning, automatic emergency braking, and pedestrian and bicycle monitoring, providing active emergency steering when necessary. In addition, the new car also has ACCT adaptive cruise control in the full speed range and lane keeping assist system to relieve driver fatigue to a certain extent.

The new car benefits from the TONGA-F platform, the new Lexus L X 600 weight reduction of about 200 kg, will bring more excellent fuel consumption performance and driving stability. In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a 3.5T V 6 engine, which can output 415PS and 650N-m peak torque, and is matched with a 10-speed automatic transmission.

This transmission can provide a wider range of gear ratios, and the comfort of the vehicle when starting and the fuel consumption when driving at high speed can be well guaranteed. In terms of off-road performance, the MYS Multi-Terrain Select FWD system can provide a choice of AUTO, DIRT, SAND, MUD, DEEP SNOW, and ROCK-focused driving modes.

In addition, the usual Lexus L X series features such as creep mode, tank turnaround, steep hill descent, high/low-speed four-wheel drive, and central differential lock are also retained, helping to enhance the vehicle's off-road performance. Like the new Toyota Land cruiser on the same platform, the new Lexus LX600 will continue to have a non-load-bearing body.

The F SPORT version will have more unique styling with exclusive 22-inch forged wheels and a blacked-out grille, plus the exclusive F SPORT badge will also be highlighted in different locations. In addition, the new car also has a Worsen differential, as well as specially tuned front and rear dampers, AHA active height control, and VAC adaptive variable suspension.
