The Jeep brand has formalized its comprehensive plans for the next generation of all-electric 4xe models, designed to facilitate Jeep's progress toward becoming the world's leading electrified SUV brand.

By the end of 2025, the Jeep brand will launch four all-electric SUVs in North America and Europe. This electrification program will also expand to the Wagoneer family with the introduction of the new all-electric Wagoneer, which will be offered in the large SUV segment with a powerful powertrain and an expected combined range of 500 miles.

Meanwhile, as part of a comprehensive product plan currently underway, the Jeep brand will reach 50 percent of all-electric vehicle sales in the U.S. market and 100 percent in Europe by 2030. This new program will also help the Stellantis Group achieve the net-zero carbon emissions goal outlined in the Dare Forward 2030 long-term strategic plan.

The Jeep brand also showed images of two all-electric SUVs, the new Jeep Recon and the new Wagoneer (codenamed Wagoneer S), coming to North America and other markets around the world. At the same time, the Jeep brand officially confirmed that the all-new all-electric Jeep Avenger will be officially launched in Europe in early 2023.

The Jeep Recon comes with a tough, all-electric vehicle package and a host of accessories for off-road upgrades, as well as a Selec-Terrain all-road mode selection system, electronic differential lock axle technology, underbody protection, tow hooks, and high-performance off-road tires.

In addition, the new vehicle also has a one-touch power convertible top feature with removable doors and glass to further enhance the vehicle's spatial flexibility. In terms of smart features, the vehicle is equipped with the latest generation of Uconnect intelligent interactive system with a built-in detailed travel guide for the most famous off-road trails.

It is understood that the vehicle will make its official public debut in 2023 and will begin production in North America in 2024. The all-new Jeep Recon all-electric SUV is expected to be available for pre-order to customers within the U.S. in early 2023 and will be sold in key markets around the world, including Europe.

Mr. Christian Meunier, CEO of the Jeep brand, said that the Recon is not a replacement for the Wrangler, despite the vehicle's obvious similarities to the Wrangler.

The new all-electric Jeep Wagoneer S will be available only in an all-electric version and is expected to achieve performance targets of 400 miles of range on a single charge, 600 horsepower, and 0-60 mph acceleration time of 3.5 seconds. In addition, the new vehicle will bring superior 4x4 four-wheel drive capability and excellent all-road capability.

The new vehicle also features the Jeep brand's signature illuminated LED grille with excellent aerodynamics while continuing the family-style side profile design with horizontal and vertical body lines.

The new all-electric Wagoneer will also be officially unveiled in 2023 and go into production in North America in 2024. Reservations for the new vehicle will be open to customers in the U.S. from early 2023 and will be sold in major markets around the world, including Europe.

The new Jeep Avenger will be launched in Europe and other markets such as Japan and South Korea. The new vehicle will be positioned below the Jeep Renegade and will go into production in the efficient Tychy, Poland plant.

The new Jeep Avenger has a target electric range of 400 kilometers while bringing eye-catching ground clearance, passing and approach angle figures, including a technologically modern interior, and ample and spacious ride and storage space.

The new Jeep Avenger will reportedly debut during the Paris Motor Show press days on October 17, with reservations opening on the same day, and will be in dealer showrooms by early 2023.
