DO YOU find yourself coming to Canada in the future in the midst of adventure?! OR are you a resident of the beautiful country of Canada, and want to go on a trip of a lifetime?! Newfoundland is the destination for you!

Why YOU Should Come to Newfoundland

Newfoundland, also known as "The Rock," is an experience of a lifetime for all unique people across the globe! Whether you're into hiking and adventure, or fishing and hunting, or even the FOODS! Newfoundland has mountains to hike, oceans to adventure, and wildlife for you to see, or catch! They also have a diverse menu of foods for all you foodies out there who love to try something new!

Where YOU Should Go and What YOU Should Do

Where you should go and what you want to do, work together like molasses and fresh bread. I say this because if you were to travel to St. John's, which is the capital city, and also largest you found more of the cultural city life where you not only find all of Newfoundland's heritage roots, but also TONS of fishing! BUT, if you find yourself more on the adventurous side, I would recommend a smaller town.

My favourite: Westport! Westport is a small town of 350 people and located on the north-west section of Newfoundland. It's a small community, but a very strong community. With its heritage roots, the people live mostly off the land and wildlife in their own unique way. In Westport, the ocean is your backyard and your friendly neighbor, which means fishing and boating become your daily routine!

MY Journey to Newfoundland!

I flew to Newfoundland last year and I wish I never left...

I traveled to the town of Westport with my beautiful girlfriend on August 28, 2018, and changed my view on life. I experienced the foods, fishing, hiking, the Atlantic Ocean, and more! One of the best things I loved about Newfoundland was the scenic views and the gorgeous landscape that just takes your breath away! We saw whales, starfish, squid, codfish, bears, moose, and so much more! Another favourite part of my trip was seeing the diverse life of each Newfie. The way each one cooked and what they cooked with and how one made a living by doing only a job you can do in Newfoundland or even the simple things like getting your drinking water from a natural spring that flows through the mountains or even the community bond between each and every person. I could type all day about Newfoundland but I'd rather you experience Newfoundland in your own unique way!
