TRIP GONE WRONG

So first i wanna just say me , my cousin & my best friend decided to book a trip to DR Punta Cana just to celebrate graduating . We arrived to the Punta Cana airport on Wednesday July 6th around 10:50am. After we went through customs and tsa we began to look for the company that was transporting us to the airport . A man driving a taxi got out the car started waving us down and hollering “here ladies here ladies come with me” we replied you aren’t our transportation can you please leave us alone. 5 minutes passed and he’s still harassing us to get in the car with him , a police officer noticed something was going on . The police officer asked us to see our confirmation for the transportation as the man is continuing to still harass us , moments later the police officer asked him to step away & leave and showed us to the correct transportation. As we are walking outside there is groups of men outside the airport just standing to the side yelling screaming at us to come with them or to come here so we then continued walking & the man that was checking us on the bus then asked for my id , passport & phone number . I told him any information that you need should already be on file from us booking the transportation before hand and he also had a paper in his hand with our info on it to check us in. He then said was i wanted to see fasure that the company has all my information and still continued to ask for those documents. another guy walks and proceeds to whisper in his ear & pulls his phone out . at that moment we checked in with another employee from the company so we could get on the bus . When we finally arrived to the resort Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana we walked into what we thought was the main lobby & the guy proceeded to ask us where we were going and we said to check in . the transportation company took us to the incorrect spot of the hotel . we then got checked in , went to our room got settled then we proceeded to go to the pool . before we could get to the pool we have employees video taping us as we are walking around the resort , asking us where our room is multiple times & just being followed . on our way back from the pool we were followed by a man in red shorts that worked for the hotel as he constantly asked us what our room number was . when we got back to the room after the pool our initial plan was to get dress to go to dinner because we hadn’t ate . we then come in the room to baby lizards all over our floor near the hot tub . i then called the front desk and she told us she would send someone . when the maintenance man knocked on the door he said he was here to remove the lizards after he removed the lizards he stood at our door and held his phone out . we began to think he was recording us or maybe taking pictures . moments later we noticed a swam of mosquitoes over our beds , after that we started to notice bumps on our skin . we then called the front desk once again she proceeded to say she would have someone come spray . we requested for a room change because the Mosquitoes , gnats and ,lizards we’re just infestation in our room. then we got a knock to the door it’s was 2 men standing in our door way we then asked what were they there for . they both proceeded to look at each other and laugh say no Espanol ? we said no ingles ? they both pulled there phone out and showed us a translator saying “what do you fantastic girls need” so we pulled our phones out to translate about the bugs ,they then stood in front of our door on there phones just staring at us . they walk in the room and grab the phone to call the front desk i tried explaining i talked to the front desk so who sent you here . he picks up the phone someone on the phone and starts laughing the other man is on the other side of the room texting and taking photos of us . they then keep telling us they don’t speak english . he pulls his phone out again and asks can he leave ? they then left the room. we didn’t know what to do so i called my mother to let her know everything that was going on . so i called the travel agent to see maybe if she could get us a room switch , they called up to our room saying they will let us know when our other room is ready. then an hour went by still no call we notice feet in front our door so when we stopped music and noise we noticed it was those same guys standing out front of our door . hours went by it is now 2am and we still were in the same room , the front desk didn’t answer our calls they refused us room service and we hadn’t ate all day because we never made it to dinner . fast foward 3am came we noticed feet outside our door again but no voices this time we began to push something in front of the door because those 2 men were still waiting for us to come out the room . We then booked a flight for the next morning so we could get home safely . we felt very uncomfortable being in this hotel & being harasses pretty much since we got there . Around 7 am we notice my cousin arm was swollen and numb to touch , & her eye was swollen . we then packed our bags to get ready to go to the front to catch transportation to get to the airport . a lady named Danielle that worked at the resort stoped us and asked how was our experience, we then began telling her what happened she replied with “i know i work here but you guys are 3 young lady’s , this hotel is known for women trafficking & having pedophiles & men who dress up like they work for the resort but they are really human traffickers” she then proceeded to tell us the building we stayed in has a high infestation for mosquitoes lizards and gnats and they couldn’t change our room because we got what was lastly available and that is always building 1 . i just wanna say BECAREFUL PLEASEEE
