Catching the Vegas Vibe in Singapore
Landing in Singapore after traveling throughout the rest of south east Asia was an eye opener. The city’s strategic location between the Indian Ocean and the South China Sea has turned it into an international financial center. It's sophisticated, orderly, and wealthy - a hotbed of enterprise and capitalism.

The Amazing Creations Of Gavin Penn
Introduction Although the website is under construction there are some amazing images to enjoy there. This is a totally unexpected post because I wandered into the Penn Gallery in Alnwick because the Star Wars Stormtroopers in the sea of the beach at Bamburgh Castle and Lindisfarne caught my eye.

Chilled Vibes
I got caught out today by the London Marathon. London had a real carnival atmosphere. Strangers were cheering the runners on, people were in good spirits, music was playing, and there was no shoving or shouting. I wish I could bottle this mood and save it for a less jovial day in London.

The Underground City of the Forgotte

The ethical rethinking of travel
I am a follower of all things Travel and Adventure, my eyes light up at the discovery of a new flight route to Armenia, A camel trek in the Western Sahara or a Windsurfing trip in Naxos. The thought of the unknown is what drives my spirit of adventure, I leave scribbles and notes in diaries about trips and ideas far into the future, even if they are not viable or I never embark on them, but each idea is what inspires and motivates me to keep taking steps to find what is over the horizon.

Discover London Beyond the Tourist Spots
When the tourists go right, the locals go left. We love to enjoy London too but minus the crowds. As a born and bred, I can walk in the same areas as the tourists, but not with them. What do I mean by this? If a tourist walks along lets say, Oxford Street, I know the back parallel streets. Here, I’m likely to see more locals.
