From roaming with dinosaurs to photographing wild animals, there's undoubtedly something for everyone here! In this article, you'll find the best things to do with kids in Glen Rose during spring break. I've included some lovely places to eat and enjoy live music to top off your evenings.

Paluxy Heritage Park / River Walk

The park is known for its historical buildings and proximity to the Paluxy River. Throughout the year, visitors and locals can enjoy the rustic houses built during the heyday of the quaint town. The park has a large area for picnics and a playground for the kids to enjoy the lovely spring weather. If you go for a walk, take the trail known as our River Walk for a scenic view of the Paluxy River. The river walk will take you along the path to Big Rocks Park, which isn't far away. This area is excellent for photographs and creating memories with you and your family. Paluxy Heritage Park is one of the popular family outings in Glen Rose for spring break. The park is free and open to the public, which makes it a budget-friendly family travel idea for you and your family. Another perk to the park is that it provides life vests at no charge, but be sure to hang them up when you're done so that others may enjoy the same advantage.
