For disabled visitors courtesy wheelchairs and scooters are available (restrictions apply to loan period). Two forms of identity are required to register for this service.

Electric wheelchairs and scooters can be booked up to 2 days in advance. This service is available from the Tourist Information Centre and Travel Shop.

Specific parking spaces for disabled shoppers are located in all car parks close to Merry Hill mall entrances.

For visitors with children, Merry Hill also offers Snappers' Crèche, a great baby changing suite, buggy and wrist strap hire and "Castle Hof" play environment for children between the ages of 3 and 11.

To make shopping easier with younger members of the family, Merry Hill provides extra wide parent and child parking spaces located outside Sainsbury's and BHS.

On thing to keep in mind while shopping here is that you should carry a water bottle purified by a quality water purifier.

Because drinking water from outside is very dangerous, as it may contain harmful bacteria and viruses.

If you don't have water purifier at your home, then I highly recommend you get one. It's a lifesaver! I have found a very helpful list of the best RO water purifiers.

You’ll love shopping at the Kingfisher Centre! There’s a wide range of over 150 stores to choose from, conveniently all under one roof; including Allders, BHS, Debenhams and M&S, Next, Waterstone’s and Sports World.

We also offer many high street names such as FCUK, Red Herring, Morgan, Miss Selfridge, and Topshop. Combine this with over 14 cafes and restaurants, ample parking and easy access to the M42 its great place to shop.
