Can there be anything more lovely than the beauty of hot pink sunrises to burning orange sunsets? Glooms of night, sparkling water droplets on leaves, wandering clouds, snowy raindrops and fading rainbows within the blue sky, blooming flowers full of colors. So, What we find and sense in nature? In ancient times when Greek philosophers started observing nature, they demonstrated and examined each aspect of nature and life and its relation with the human. They used to observe small details about nature and used to think about its connection with the human. So when we are surrounded by nature, why are we attracted towards it? What’s the virtual connection between human and nature? From that time till now man is truly pleased by the existence of nature. “People are discussing their genuine experiences in nature for the last several 100 years—from Thoreau to John Muir to many other writers,” says researcher David Strayer, of the University of Utah. According to environmental psychology, nature incorporates a meaningful role in human development and conduct. It believes that nature features a vital contribution to the way we expect, feel, and behave with others. Scientists are starting to find evidence that being in nature incorporates a profound impact on our brains and our behavior. Some important Benefits of Being in Nature that gives human peace to his mind, body, health and as well as soul too.

1.Being in nature reduces stress

We stand in a community where humanity spends more and extra time indoors. During the past several years, there has been increasing in the number of mental health issues, containing anxiety, depression, stress and other psychological related problems. Go outside, go close to nature, close your eyes, take a deep breath. You’ll listen to chirping birds, rustling leaves, the sound of flowing water, Nature gives us to break the noise of everyday life. It makes you feel better mentally and emotionally as well as it reduces your blood pressure, heart rate and the production of stress hormones. Various psychological surveys have associated that being close to nature increased stamina and sharpen your sense of well-being.

2.Nature makes you delighted

You don’t need to look in the mirror when you’re in nature. Studies show that spending time in nature enhances people’s minds, lives, and bodies image, and that’s the reason. You feel that you belong to this Land. Being close to nature or even viewing nature in paintings and videos can have an effective impact on our bodies, mind, emotions, thought processes, and as well on social life. The biophilia hypothesis, theories suggest that we love nature because we grew up in it. If you spend time in nature, you’ve likely noticed that you feel happier.

3.Nature increases your creativity

Spending time in nature is more nourishing and nothing is more nurturing than spending time in nature. It nourishes our soul and makes spiritually more connected to this natural World. Creativity is a natural part of being human, spending time outdoors is the abundant effortless and beautiful way to enlighten your creativity. Being in nature improves your memory, Brain efficiency and build critical thinking that makes you wiser.

4.Nature teach you life lessons

Nature itself has a language we understand this when we deeply connected with nature. It renews our energy and inner enthusiasm and can teach us important lessons if we observed and understand nature. Nature allows us to make amazing discoveries about ourselves and the world we live in. It will teach you countless things depending on your goals. It It can educate you ways how to think more clearly & scientifically. All of these wonderful benefits of nature give way to feeling younger, stronger, and gives you peace.
