• Arrive at the airport 90 minutes before flight departure.

• Perform a security check 60 minutes before flight departure.

• Boarding begins 45 minutes before flight departure , and the boarding gate closes 20 minutes before departure.

Baggage Policy

All loyal passengers can carry one personal item free of charge. Otherwise, if you choose to bring carry-on and/or checked luggage, you will be charged.

Each passenger can bring one free personal item. Your personal belongings (such as a wallet, a briefcase or a small backpack) must be completely stored under the seat in front of you. The maximum size is 7 x 15 x 16 inches (17.8 x 38.1 x 40.6 cm)

You can buy a carry-on bag for each passenger. One of your carry-on luggage bags (for example, roll-on bags or clothing bags) must be placed in the overhead luggage. The maximum size allowed is 9 x 14 x 22 inches (22.9 x 35.6 x 55.9 cm)
