By car

It's much easier and faster to travel by shuttle bus than by train, as trains run very infrequently each day. There are buses to Pattaya from both the Eastern and Northern bus stations in Bangkok. Shuttle Bus from Bangkok to Pattaya take about 2 hours.

Bangkok's Eastern Bus Terminal (Ekamai) has a regular bus service between Bangkok and Pattaya every day, which takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes, every 40 minutes.

There is another bus terminal (Kamphaeng Phet II) with regular buses to Pattaya every 30 minutes.

Public Bus
