A TRIP TO REMEMBER

There were so many days that Dominick and Natasha wanted to go on their adventure. But they could never getaway. There was always something going on. They were so busy that every month that passed there plains for this beautiful experience grew further and further away. Until one day, they both were fed up with their work and everything going on in their lives that they jumped in their car and took off driving out of the city.

They both were so excited. But Dom and Tasha forgot to pack. They had to go back home just to their pack stuff. When Dominick and Natasha pulled into their parking lot, Dominick and Natasha made a pact not to answer any phone calls or emails. They just wanted to get in and out as fast as they could. As they sat in their vehicle, they planned what was needed and what they could leave behind.

Dom and Tasha jumped out there car and ran into their house. Both of them gathered all their things as fast as they could. Tasha and Dom shoved everything they needed into one duffle bag. They both ran out of the house and were back on the road in no time. This time they did not have to turn around and go back for anything. Dom and Tasha were on the road and ready for anything.

Dom was the one driving, and they had no idea where they were going. Headed down the freeway about to jump on the turnpike when they both decided to go to a campground. But they both thought that they were too good to sleep on the ground. So they decided to go to a place that rented out log cabins. They both wanted a really nice place to lay their heads.

Tasha pulled out her cellphone and started looking for good sightseeing places that allowed night stays. They were on a trip, so they decided to go a far distance. A good road trip and a nice place to sightsee was their goal. They were traveling from new york all the way to the west somewhere. By the time they were halfway across the country, Dom and Tasha decided to stop and take a break from driving.

Tasha told Dom to stop at a hotel to spend the night in. Dom drove another twenty miles and stopped at a Hilton motel. It happened to be a place on the way to where they were going. They both get their own beds and stayed in the same room. They were trying to save some money, so they had more to spend at the log cabin. By the time they made it into their room and sat down on the bed, they both passed out.

The next day as the sun was rising, they both were up and getting ready for the day. They went down to the lobby and had breakfast. Then the both of them went back to the room to finish getting ready. Today they both wanted to dress comfortably for this long dive they had ahead of them. Tasha went and jumped in the shower before packing her things up to load into the car.

Dom went and jumped in the shower as soon as Tasha was done. With Dom being a man, he never took long in the tub. He was always the one done first with everything. Tasha had her hair and makeup to do. But for this ride, she didn't do any of that. Tasha just put some sweets on and a tank top, and she was ready for the long ride.

It was Tasha's turn this time to drive as she jumped into the driver seat and got everything ready for her to take off down the road. Dom was finishing up in the hotel room and packing everything back in the car. When he was done packing the car, he jumped in the passenger seat. Dom kicked his feet up on the dashboard, sat back, and relaxed as Tasha started on their journey.

Since Tasha was driving this time, she decided to dive into the grand canyon in Arizona. Tasha told her twin brother that they would stay there a couple of days and then get back on the road. She told Dom that he could pick the next place they would go. It had been Tasha's dream to see the grand canyon.

They were just about to make it to the Oklahoma border. The closer they got to Arizona, Tasha was getting more excited. She couldn't wait for this beautiful sight. Tasha's friends had told her about how beautiful this place was. It made her want to see this place even more. They were at the Oklahoma border now and on their way to driving through this place and their destination.

Tasha had Texas and New Mexico to drive through still. But she had to use the bathroom and get gas. So they both decided to stop at the next gas station they come across. As they were driving down I-40 west, a gas station was ten miles away on the next exit. It happens to be a shell gas station. But the car was not going to make it that far. Tasha had seven miles till all the gas was gone.

Dom started yelling at Tasha for not getting gas before they got back on the freeway. They argued back and forth for at least two miles. Then the car just stopped dead in its tracks. They were out of gas. Tasha pulled to the side of the road just as the car come to a complete stop. There was no going any further. One of them was going to have to get gas for the car. Tasha said she would sit with the car whole he walked the last couple of miles to get gas.

Dom said, why do I have to be the one to get the gas? I'm not the one who didn't get the gas before we got on the road again. Tasha said, because I'm in high heels and I can't walk that far. So Dom took off walking to get gas. It was going to take a couple of hours to get there and back. So he took off walking toured the gas station. Dom had three miles to walk and reach the gas station. Then he would have to walk the three miles back to the car.

As Tasha sat in the car, she pulled out her diary, which was a little black book she had carried with her everywhere she went. She would write in it about everything but mostly about the things she saw. The magnificent places Tasha had been and all the cool stuff Tasha had seen in every area. Tasha had years of writtings in this one book, and it read like it was a book she was writing. But she wouldn't let anyone see what she wrote in it.

Dom finally made it to the gas station. While he was there, he had to buy a gas can and gas to go in the can. He was done filling the can with gas and started to take off, walking back to the car. An old lady saw him on the way to the gas station, stopped him, and asked if he needed a ride back to his car. Dom jumped in her car, and they took off back to his car to put the gas in it.

When they had reached the car, Tasha jumped out and asked who the lady was that dropped him off? Dom said just some lady that was nice enough to help me out. Dom grabbed the gas can and started filling the car with it. Tasha went to use the bathroom while Dom filled the tank up. After he was done, they both got into their vehicle and took off back to the gas station to finish filling up the car.

After they were done at the gas station, they jumped back on the freeway. This time Dom said he was driving and got into the driver seat. Dom went through Texas and stopped at the border of New Mexico. They were going to spend the night in Texas and finish driving the rest of the way the next day. In Texas, there are sp many hotels from historic to new. They didn't care what type it was as long as they had a place to lay their heads tonight.

Do was so tired he could not wait to get in the room and go to sleep. Tasha was still hyped, so she went to see Texas a little. There was a gambling place right down the road. That was the first place Tasha headed to. Dom was asleep before Tasha left the room. This place was beautiful ad Tasha could not get enough of the sights. She didn't want to go home or to the hotel room yet.

About 3 am, and Tasha decided to go back to the room and get a little rest before having to jump back on the freeway. Even though she could sleep while Dom drove, But it was her turn to do the drive this time. Tasha thought she could talk Dom into driving the rest of the way. All Tasha wanted to do was sleep and write in her little black book.

Dom was getting his things together as the sun rose from the east. When he was finished, Dom tried to wake Natasha up so they could leave. But Tasha was not waking up. Dom tried everything. He let Tasha continue to sleep, And Dom decided to see the casino down the hotel's road. He closed the door quietly and headed to down the road. While Dom was having fun at the casino, Tasha had woken up.

When Tasha arose from her bed, she had noticed Dom was not in the hotel room. She could not find him anywhere. But she got up anyway and started to get ready. By the time she was done, Dom was walking through the door. He was so happy as he walked through the door, and Tasha could not figure out why. Tasha keeps asking Dom repeatedly why he was delighted, but he was not answering at all.

The only thing Dom could say was, " we are staying another night," But he wouldn't answer why. Tasha said, if we are staying another night, why don't we go to the casino tonight? Dom answered, yes, we will do that tonight, But I was to get something to eat and tell you why I am so happy.

As they walked over to the dinner, Dom started telling Tasha what happened to him while he was gone. He started by telling her how she would not wake up for him earlier, so he left the hotel room and went to the casino. He said I started playing the penny slots, and at first, I was not winning, and I was about to give up. Tasha said, ok, well, what happened then? Did you meet someone? Did you give up and walk away? What happened?

Dom was so excited that he was not able to get anything out of his mouth. He was speechless. And Tasha was not guessing right. So they both took a break and ordered their meal. They had a little small talk while they waited for their meal to be brought to their table. They spoke about where they were going next and what they wanted to do after. It took twenty minutes for their food to be placed in front of them.

After they were done eating, Dom started to tell Tasha what happened. He began by telling her that he dropped his last penny into the machine and didn't win anything. Just as Dom stood up to walk away, Dom looked down at his feet and seen something shiny on the floor. Dom bent down to see what it was, and he noticed it was a penny.

Dom picked it up off the floor and sat back down at the machine. He kissed the penny for good luck and dropped it into the machine. As Dom went to pull the lever, Dominick said one last prayer. All he asked for was to win at least one time, no matter how much it was. He just wanted to win something.

As it spun around and around, it felt like it was taking extra long this time to stop spinning. And then all of the slots started to stop all at one time. But this time, something different happened. The machine showed all horseshoes. There were four of them all in the same row. The machine started to sound off a siren. It was so loud that Dom had to plug his ears.

While the machine was sounding its winning sounds, it spits out a ticket for Dom to be able to cash out. He brought the ticket up to the window but right before he handed it to the lady behind the window, he looked at it. At first, Dom thought he had looked at the ticket wrong. So he rubbed his eyes and took another look at it. He read it right. It said he won twenty thousand dollars. Dom started jumping up and down, screaming, I won, I won.

He was so happy that he had won. He told Tasha, now I have twenty thousand dollars, and I want to go back and play more on all the machines. Tasha agreed that they would go back. After they were done talking and eating, they started walking around to their room. When they were in the room, Tasha sat down and started writing in her little black book. She made sure she recorded everything that happened that morning.

After she was done writing, she lay down and took a nap. Dom did the same thing. After eating that good meal, all they wanted to do was lay down and take a nap. To them, that meal felt like they had just eaten Thanksgiving dinner. As Dom was sleeping, he started talking in his sleep. He keeps saying I won repeatedly, and Tasha could not sleep while he was talking so loudly.

So she got up and started packing her things. When she was done, Tasha took her things out to the car. She only left a bed outfit in the room to sleep in. By the time Dom woke up from his nap, the sun had gone down. It was time to go back to the casino. They both were excited to go back. They practically ran to the casino.

When they got there, they both acted like they were two kids in a candy shop. They both took off in different directions. Tasha loved the blackjack tables, and Dom went back to that machine again. He wanted to try his luck again. They both were at their own places, and they were having fun. Dom and Tasha were having so much fun they lost track of time.

By the time they were finished playing their games, both of them were so tired. They took off walking back to their hotel room. It took twenty minutes to make it back to their room. By the time they made it to the door, they were beaten. They plopped down on their beds and fell right to sleep. It was four o'clock in the morning already.

The next day when they both had woken up, it was already past noon. The both of them rushed to make sure they had everything. As they rushed to get out of the room so they didn't have to pay for another night, they ran down to the office and turned in their key. When they were done, they got back in the car and headed to the freeway.

After getting through all the stoplights, Dom and Tasha were finally on the freeway and headed to the grand canyon. They were on route I-40 and almost there When Tasha decides to start writing in her book again. She wanted to write what it looked like on the way there. When they were pulling up to the grand canyon, she wrote what it looked like and how it made her feel.

She set her book down and got out of the car to walk around and stretch her legs and get to see the scenery up close. It was so beautiful there. There were so many mountains, and the sky was colorful like a rainbow. She couldn't get over how nice it was. There were so many people there she was surprised. Tasha stood at the edge of a cliff looking over to see how far down it went. All Tasha keep saying to DOm was how nice it was, and she couldn't get over how large it was.

Tasha wanted to go swimming there. But Dom keeps telling her no, it's not a good idea. But she started hiking down the side of the mountain toured the water. Tasha was halfway down when she began to become out of breath, but she keeps going. She was not stopping for anyone. All she wanted was to go swimming. Weather dom wanted to or not. She said she would just swim by herself.

Tasha finally reached the bottom and jumped right in the water. It was so cold she was not able to stay in long. Just as fast as she jumped in, she was out of the water only that fast. Dom told her, well, you are not getting in the car wet. Tasha said, watch me. And she started hiking back up the mountain. Dom followed right behind her. Tasha was just not ready to leave this place just yet.

When they reached, the top Tasha started talking to Dom and talking to him to spend the night here. Tasha said we could spend the night here and leave first thing in the morning. We will go right home after tonight. Dom answered, fine, we will stay here for one night. That's it. Tasha was so happy she started setting up a place to lay under the stars. But Dom said he would sleep in the car.

Tasha was sitting on the cliff's edge with her legs hanging over the side when Dom came sat next to her. They sat there and watched the sun go down. It was the most beautiful sight they had seen in their whole life. It made them want to stay there forever. But they both knew they were not able to do that. They both had to get back home and to work.

It was getting dark now, and Dom and Tasha decide to go to bed. They wanted to get up early in the morning to get a head start. Tasha wanted to get back on the road before so they could get home as fast as possible. Natasha fell asleep listing to the crickets chirping. Dom was sleeping in the car with all the windows rolled up. So he couldn't hear much of anything that was going on outside.

When the sun started to rise, the cool air started to get hotter and muggy. That woke both Dom and Tasha up. They both were finally up and getting ready for the long ride they had ahead of them. They decided this time they were not going to stop at any hotels on the way home. They were going to take turns driving. While Dom drove the car, Tasha would sleep, and they would switch on and off.

Dom would be the first to drive, and They took off and headed to the freeway. They were relieved to be headed back home. It felt as if they had been gone from home for months. And it had been only a couple of weeks. Dom drove until he could not hold his eyes open. He woke Tasha up and told her it was her turn. Dom pulled over, and they switched seats.

Tasha drove through Missouri and Kentucky. At the same time, Dom sleeps in the back seat. She was taking a different way home. Tasha wanted to see some new scenery before going back home, where it was loud, and the city never sleeps. She tried to stay in the middle of nowhere. She loved the country and wanted to move there one day.

As she was driving through Kentucky, Tasha went slow. She wanted to enjoy every bit of it without stopping.

She knew that if she were to stop, Dom would wake up and ask what was going on. So Tasha didn't stop. There were so many nice things to look at. As she drove through, she decided that this was going to be the place she moved to. Tasha was not going to wait much longer before moving either. She had to get out of the city. That's all she knew. Tasha was so sick of everything in the town. And going through all these small towns made her want to move there.

There was this town called Harrodsburg. It was nice to drive through. This was the pace Tasha said to herself. This is the place I am going to move to. I am going home to quit my job and start packing and looking for a house here. By the time Tasha reached charleston, West Virginia, she was ready to switch places with Dom. It was his time to drive.

Tasha pulls over and wakes Dom up. They both take a food and bathroom break. Then get in the car and start driving again. While Dom was driving, Tasha wanted to write in her little black book. She pulled it out and noticed that someone had been reading what she had been writing. So she asked Dom if he had been reading her book. Dom replied, no, I have not been in your book at all. Tasha was like, well, someone has been in my book, I can tell. Dom said, well, it's not me. So Tasha dropped the subject.

Dom finished the driving all the way home. They were almost there. He woke Tasha up right before they were crossing over the New York border. Tasha was mad when he woke her up just to see that they were crossing into New York. They still had maybe three more hours till there was pulling into their driveway. But they were in their home state. Another hour and a half passed, and they were pulling into their driveway.

They unpacked their things and put it all away, and the only thing Tasha could think about was moving to that town she seen on the way home. Tasha couldn't wait to Dom that she would move to a small town out of the city. But she waited to tell him till the next day.

The last thing Tasha had to put away was her little black book. Tasha always had a special place for this book. She never put this book anywhere else than this one place. But Tasha decided to move it so no one could find it. Since she already felt like someone was reading what she had been writing. But Tasha took the book to the bank and put the book in a safety deposit box. She knew that it would be safe there.

Tasha did not want anyone to read what she had put in that book. When she was the one driving, she stopped and hid something in the ground. Tasha did all this without Dom waking up. What she hid, she did not want anyone to find. Her book had every detail in it that told you how to find it, so she had to hid it well and wrote down where it was and how to find it, so she didn't forget where she had put it.

Tasha would not tell anyone what it was. She had hide from everyone. But Tasha knew what it was that is all that mattered to her. Tasha knew that before she moved, she would have to pull her little black book out of the bank and take it with her. Today was the day she was packing her things. While Tasha was doing that, Tasha was looking for a house online. She wanted to have everything set up before she took off out of town.

After four hours of looking online for a house to buy, Tasha finally found one, and it was so big and nice. Tasha could not wait to move into that house. It was a victorian house and had four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a dining room, with a wrap-around porch. This house had a long driveway and a gate to get onto the property. It was a bright white house, and It kind of looked like the white house the president lives in.

Now that Tasha found a place to live, all she had to do was call her job and give them her two-week notice. Now that she was done with all of that, Tasha called and rented a moving truck. It was only a small one because she was only taking the things she needed. When she moves into her new house, all she was going to do is buy new furniture. Tasha wouldn't have to buy too many things because the house already comes with furniture in it.

Tasha called her job gave the two-week notice. Just as Tasha was getting off the phone with her workplace, The moving truck pulled up. It was time to start moving. Tasha called Dom to tell him she was moving. Dominick said, why? Can I go with you? Tasha told Dom that once she is settled into her new house, he could live with her. Tasha told Dom that the house was big enough for the whole family to move in with her.

Tasha was done loading the moving truck, and She got in the driver's seat and took off down the road. Tasha was leaving everything behind her. All she wanted was a fresh start, and this new start is going to be good. It was indeed a fresh start in the country, with no houses close by and no loud noises.

The new house was only a couple of hours away. And she could not wait to get there. After she got to her new home, Tasha knew that she would have to get what she had hidden. Tasha was finally ready to say out loud what it was she had hidden. Tasha said I have to get the money I hid now—the whole twenty thousand. Tasha never told her brother that she had won money from the casino too. Tasha was a stingy person who never liked to share.

Tasha was almost at her new home. Another fifteen minutes, and she would be at the gate stopping traffic from entering her property. Now she would be able to turn anyone away that she didn't want to see. Tasha couldn't wait to turn the first person away. She would have a place of her own to call home. It's something she had dreamed of her whole life.

Tasha was pulling up to her gate to punch the code and have the gate open for her. She thought to herself. It's so cool. As Tasha was pulling up to the house, all Tasha could do is stair and admire how beautiful it was. When she was walking up the stairs onto the porch, she strolled up to the door and flung it open. What she saw when she opened the door was nothing but open space. It was huge. She could not believe that she was going to live here for the rest of her life.

Tasha was done unpacking the moving truck, and she was already ready to leave again and head to get the money she had hidden. Tasha was sick of waiting, so she jumped into her car and started driving toured her cash. When she reached her destination, Tasha began to dig up her money. It was only two feet under some dirt. So it did not take her long to dig. When she reached the money, she grabbed it, threw it in the back of her car, and took off the road.

Tasha didn't stop driving until she reached her house. Tasha was driving like someone was chasing her or someone was going to take the money from her. This whole situation is fishy, and she made it look even fishier. As she was pulling up to her house, she reached in the back seat for the money. Tasha was finally at her home and getting out of the car.

Tasha had the money in her hand as she was walking up to her door. Tasha rushed into her house with the money in her hand. She went right upstairs and hid it in the one room that Tasha will never let anyone in. Tasha would end up putting a lock on that door. This money was going to pay off everything so she could live comfortably.

Tasha finished setting up her house then called her brother Dom to tell him that he could come live with her. Tasha said to him that he would have his own room. The house was big enough for Dom to have half the place to himself. If he wanted. Dom was so happy Dom packed all his things and left to go live with his sister. He would have the movers pack his things and ship them down to him at his sister's house.

After they both had won all that money, they had nothing to worry about and could live happy the rest there lives with nothing to worry about. Both Dom and Tasha could buy whatever Dom and Tasha wanted, and there was nothing anyone could do about it. So they went on with no worries in Dom and Tasha's mind at all. Trying to help as many people as they could.
