Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign

Designed by Betty Willis in 1959, the popular neon sign welcomes millions of visitors to Las Vegas every year. The popularity of the sign is also due to the fact that Betty Willis never copyrighted it. Hence, every merchandise vendor is today free to use it on all sorts of souvenirs and artworks representing the city of Las Vegas.

The landmark sign was officially added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 1, 2009.

No holiday to Las Vegas is complete without paying a visit to this highlight, and for visitors willing to take a picture close to it has been created a small dedicated parking lot.

Fountains of Bellagio

The dancing waters of the Fountains of Bellagio have become, over the years, one of Las Vegas's most renowned attractions.

The shows involve jets of water shoot as high as 460 feet into the air, swing gracefully, and move around in patterns on the surface of Lake Bellagio.

The jats are choreographed to several famous songs, including Sinatra's and Elvis's most successful ones.

The show is so fascinating that you will want to see it over and over again. It also features the end scene of the movie "Ocean's Eleven" starring George Clooney and Brad Pitt.

Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens

The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is a beautiful 14,000-square-foot indoor exhibit of horticultural creativity.

The display changes regularly according to seasons and holidays; it features living plants, sculptures, gazebos, and ponds, creating an enchanting and colorful environment under a glass ceiling positioned at 50 feet high.

The most popular is probably Christmas, but the Botanical Garden also has a special one dedicated to the Lunar New Year.

Make sure to check the calendar on the website before going so you won't miss your favorite exhibition or plan the trip accordingly with the display's schedule!

Since the area is pretty busy and also children-friendly, make sure to arrive early and get the chance to take a picture when it's less crowded.

Flamingo Wildlife Habitat

The Flamingo's Wildlife Habitat is a small green oasis in the middle of the Strip that hosts flamingos, swans, ducks, koi, turtles, pelicans.

The verdant landscaping of this attraction is great for unusual pictures, thanks to its unique waterfalls and palm trees.

Walking paths will take you and your family; it's a children-friendly free attraction, through the habitat area where you can also enjoy the many relaxing sitting areas.

The Flamingo's Wildlife Habitat is not far from the entry of a pedestrian mall featuring restaurants, attractions, and the High Roller Observation Wheel, on the Linq's Promenade.

"Streetmosphere" at the Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes

The "Streetmosphere" is a live show featuring singers, actors, and musicians sometimes dressed up as living statues that take place every 15 minutes in the miniature of the St. Mark's square and Venetian canals at the Grand Canal Shoppes of the Venetian Resort.

Several times a day, the performers, dressed up with classic Venetian dresses and masks, will entertain the visitors while shopping in the 160 signature stores.

While the top attraction of the Venetian Resort remains the gondola ride, which isn't free, the "Streetmosphere" show is a great way to enjoy a high-class show for free.
