Well, the largest amusement park in Western Canada and one of the best amusement parks in the entire country is waiting for you.

One of the greatest things about this park is the fact that there’s a “one ticket, all rides” policy, so that’s how you avoid waiting in line for each ride. Another awesome aspect of this place is that there are rides made for everyone! It doesn’t matter if you are younger or older, there are suitable rides for you in this awesome place.

Calgary Zoo

An interesting fact about this place is that it’s famous because it is North America’s largest zoo. So that’s pretty impressive right off the bat, right? Here you can take a look at some of the rarest species of animals from all around the world. And if this place is mostly enjoyable for kids, there’s a Prehistoric Park in this area, where you can see life-sized sculptures of dinosaurs. But that still works for kids too, right? Then I guess the Calgary Zoo is a place for everyone.

Calgary Tower

The most famous landmark of the city is definitely something that you can’t miss. The main reason why tourists come here all the time, it’s obviously for the amazing view that you can get by climbing on top of the tower. Once you go all the way up, there’s another awesome thing that you can do: have dinner at the incredible Panorama Dining Room, where you can enjoy the finest Canadian cuisine.

Fun fact: While the 1988 Winter Olympic Games took place, a flame burned at the top of the Tower, with the sole purpose of making the landmark the “World’s Largest Olympic Torch.”
