The U.S. Senate

Two days after Dr. Steven Greer held a National Press conference in Washington, D.C., the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) unanimously approved legislation which appears designed to unearth any and all buried UAP-associated technology which is, or ever was at one point, the property of the U.S. Government. (UAP: unidentified anomalous phenomena)

These UAP-associated provisions are part of the Intelligence Authorization Act (IAA) for Fiscal Year 2024. The bill, in its current form, is available on Congress.gov here: S.2103 - Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024

Research Tip: Section 2103 is huge. If you want to jump right to the material regarding UAPs, once you are on the bill's page, do a CTRL + F search for "1104". Section 1104.

Originally, this language from SSCI was submitted as an amendment to the IAA bill. It is now formally recognized as Section 1104, within Section 2103.

The IAA bill, if passed in its current form, would give "Any person currently or formerly under contract with the Federal Government that has in their possession material or information provided by or derived from the Federal Government relating to unidentified anomalous phenomena that formerly or currently is protected by any form of special access or restricted access shall—

(1) not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, notify the Director of such possession; and

(2) not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, make available to the Director for assessment, analysis, and inspection—

(A) all such material and information; and

(B) a comprehensive list of all non-earth origin or exotic unidentified anomalous phenomena material."

In other words: Any entities -- private corporations or government/military programs -- who are holding these technologies back from federal government oversight have 6 months (180 days) from passage of this bill to bring these technologies forward for "assessment, analysis, and inspection".

The language in the amendment (Sec. 1104) was approved unanimously by the 17-member Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI), as was the overall bill itself.

The U.S. House of Representatives

Over in the House, on 26 June 2023, Congressman Mike Gallagher (R-Wi.) submitted a proposed amendment to the House's version of the National Defense Authorization Act (H.R. 2670).

Proposed amendment no. 287's language is similar to that used in the Senate's bill. The proposed amendment is embedded at the bottom of this article.

Implications - a.k.a. Why You Should Care... Really.

1. Our 'map' gets a whole lot bigger - and a whole lot more accessible. Many of the technologies referenced in whistleblower accounts outline vehicles which can fold space-time to travel "impossible" (according to linear physics) distances instantaneously. This should make visiting loved ones on the other side of the country or ocean an easy and quick journey.

2. Our neighborhood gets a whole lot more diverse - and we gain a whole lot more knowledge. Our Universe is unfathomably large. The odds that life exists only on planet Earth are infinitesimally small. The odds that Earth is the 'most evolved' planet of those life-containing planets? Even smaller, given the projected age of the Universe.

Adding wisdom, knowledge, and experience from other planetary cultures to ours could be a boon to our technology and sustainability practices in heretofore unprecedented ways.

3. We keep all the great benefits of our world - and we lose the down-sides. Our technology is some truly wonderful stuff. With the introduction of advanced technologies such as Zero Point Energy and space-time travel, yes, some of our current industries would be disrupted. But they would be disrupted for the better.

Take Zero Point Energy, as an example. Yes, this would be the end of the Electric Utilities Industry as we know it. Yes, that would mean many people's jobs would dissolve. However, it would also mean an entire new industry is created overnight: Manufacturing of Zero Point Energy-compatible devices.

Think of the hundreds-of-thousands of different devices which use power. All of them will need to be outfitted with Zero Point-compatible devices, in order to operate.

This is a huge potential industry with massive cascading implications.

4. World Peace. The technologies referenced in whistleblower accounts have the ability to end global poverty within a generation. Today, Earth's global religion is money. Wars and violence are almost always about religion. Wars and violence, today, are always always about money, control over resources which lead to money, or oppression/expression of some ideological system which exists only because the members do not have enough money.

When we dissolve poverty from our sociological DNA, we dissolve the root cause of our violence against each other.

When we dissolve our violence against each other, we have the condition known as: 'World Peace'.

Understand that World Peace is not a 'Utopia' in the cautionary-tale sense. World Peace is 'Step 1' in becoming a thriving, healthy species.

Think of any "building a crew" movie where the characters-from-different-backgrounds had to learn to get along in order to build something greater than themselves: Armageddon, Lord of the Rings, Ocean's 11, The Avengers, Cool Runnings, Remember The Titans, The Dirty Dozen, School of Rock, Seven Samurai/The Magnificent Seven/A Bug's Life (all the same story), Glory, Drumline, Kung Fu Panda, and so many more...

The movie didn't end when the crew started to get along with one another. The story wasn't over once the crew began to gel. That's when the story really begins.

World Peace is Step 1 for everything we will build as a "crew"; for everything we will build as a unified species made up of different individuals, working together toward a brighter future.

These technologies being disclosed to the appropriate government parties is Step 1 toward World Peace.

This is an enlightening article, Tony, thanks. I think it may be a bit optimistic to believe that our government will simply make this knowledge or its benefits available to the People, but that's just my opinion.
