Donald J Trump 45th President of the United States Of America. This has been a trying 4 years to say the least.

Lets not waste time , lets break down the Muller Report and why leaving the White house and becoming a civilian could mean jail time for Donald Trump.

What is the Muller Report: The Mueller report, officially titled Report On The Investigation Into Russian Interference, in The 2016 Presidential Election. This is the official report, documenting the findings and conclusions of former Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian efforts to interfere in the 2016 United States presidential election.

What was the conclusion: The conclusion to this 448 page document is The President said what the whistle-blower reported to have been told. (quid pro quo, look into my rival to find dirt, plus he wanted Ukraine to prove a theory that its own corrupt politicians in 2016 tried to sway American voters in favor of Democrat Hillary Clinton, then I will release funds,) By the time Trump had asked Ukraine’s president for a “favor” on the phone on July 25, he had already suspended nearly $400 million in U.S. military aid. The vote came down to a vote. Senators voted 52-48 to acquit the president on abuse of power, and 53-47 to acquit him of obstruction of Congress. Sen. Mitt Romney was the only Republican to break ranks and vote to convict on abuse of power. The former special counsel, who was answering questions about the probe for the first time since he took it over in May 2017, also testified that Trump could be prosecuted for potential crimes after he leaves office.

Keep in mind other law suits and allegations where also going on. Law Suits accusing Trump of many other things from sex and rape to taxes and politics.

Trump was Impeached BUT NOT FULLY EXONERATED

Trump claim to have been exonerated of all crimes however as a sitting president he could not be arrested at the time. Muller made it clear that after Trumps presidency that he could very well do time for the crimes he was not cleared of.. If Trump could secure four more years as president some of these crimes could possibly meet the statute of limitations. Trump did not win the election but he is fighting hard to stay in the white house. Trump is aware of what he faces and so the idea of pardoning himself has been mentioned.

Trump:

"If I lose to him, I don't know what I'm going to do. I will never speak to you again,"

At a campaign rally in North Carolina, President Donald Trump told attendees they'll never see or hear from him again if he loses the election to Joe Biden. I wonder why. LOCKED UP?

Will Trump go to jail. The first question is WHAT ARE THE CRIMES?

The most developed case that could ensnare Trump might be out of the Southern District of New York. Michael Cohen Trumps former lawyer and fixer, (Remember he went to jail) Cohen pleaded guilty to a range of crimes, including arranging illegal hush money payments to keep women silent during the 2016 campaign about extramarital affairs they say they had with Trump before he was president. Trump has denied the allegations. Cohen has said he acted at the direction of and in coordination with Trump. Prosecutors, meanwhile, referred to the president in court papers as "Individual 1." He can be indicted January 21st.

Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. has an active criminal investigation into Trump and his businesses, court papers suggest he's investigating possible insurance or financial fraud. Vance's office is seeking eight years of Trump's tax returns and financial records. The president fought the subpoena all the way to the Supreme Court last summer and lost, although the high court left the door open for him to raise other legal challenges. npr. He could be indicted January 21st.

The state attorney general, Letitia James, is conducting a civil investigation into the Trump businesses. James is looking into whether the Trump Organization improperly inflated the value of its assets for loan or insurance purposes, and then deflated the value for tax purposes. The president's son, Eric Trump, reportedly was deposed under oath last month as part of the probe. While James' investigation is a civil one, it could cross over to the criminal side depending on what investigators uncover. sited npr he could be indicted January 21st.

He also faces defamation lawsuits filed by two women who say he sexually assaulted them — allegations he denies. While Trump doesn't face criminal liability in those suits, he does face potential damage to his reputation and financial repercussions. he could be indicted January 21st.

For one, prosecuting a former president would be politically fraught, particularly in a country as divided as this one. The decision on whether to do so at the federal level will fall to the new administration. npr

It is Justice Department policy that a sitting president cannot be indicted. So although it's possible for a president to break the law before or during his time in office, prosecutors' inability to seek an indictment effectively means he can't be accused, tried or punished while still in office.

Gonna be an interesting year, stay tuned.
