Is Atatiana Jefferson's Family Getting Greedy?

Boss Man Troi “Star” Torain acknowledges Atatiana Jefferson’s father Mr. Marquis Jefferson for his stance on postponing the funeral of his daughter. He then goes to the other topic of what it means to be a freedom fighter, in particular, a black one. Star talks about his Skype session with his girlfriend in California. Boss Chick Ronnie joins the show with her spirited voice. The two discuss the bizarre Cuba Gooding Jr. video that has resurfaced on the internet. Mr. Torain said that he looked like he was allegedly on “some good s––.” Ronnie says that to raise $250,000 is questionable. Star says that these family members want to purchase “C-Classes and take trips down to the Canary Islands”...allegedly.

Colin Ferguson crops up in the conversation about freedom fighters. Mr. Torain asks Ronnie whether the D.C. Snipers should be included in this category. Malvo and Muhammad (who was put to death a decade ago) represent the ugliness of brutes in society. Ronnie incorrectly labels Muhammad a sociopath when no such thing exists in a rational talk.

Caller Theo says that there is no issue with the GoFundMe account. He then holds that Mr. Jefferson “has no say” in the matter. Ronnie injects some science talk with the matrilineal relationship. She shines as someone who claims to be educated and provides the necessary knowledge that is related to the case. Before he lets him go, Star asks Theo what he considers to be a freedom fighter. Mr. Torain wants the criteria.

Beach Boss chimes in to display his saxophone skills. He had bought the sax to perform for the Hater and take his mind off of the bets that he lost on football betting. Mr. Torain quickly removes him from the line. A new caller checks in to state that the real freedom fighters are those who are on the frontline for improving conditions and getting changes done. She goes onto say that the Jefferson case is “disheartening.” What really sticks in her craw is the fact the auntie went into the GoFundMe page information. Caller finds this distasteful. She supports the father morally and that the money must be allocated properly. Ronnie steps in for the facts. She states that once the funeral was canceled, Rev Al Sharpton just phoned in the whole thing. Ronnie is talking out the side of her neck when it comes to Star’s friend Rev. Al. Caller goes ten toes down on the Atatiana situation saying that she adored her eight-year-old nephew. Star wants to know a black freedom fighter and informs the caller about Marcus Garvey who never stepped foot in Africa.

The next caller says that a freedom fighter is someone who fights for the protection of everyone in this “experiment” known as America. Ronnie says that “your freedom is being licensed.” Caller gives misinformation about how taxes were higher in the past as opposed to today. Taxes were not as high in the late nineteenth century in the United States. To Star’s knowledge, he says that there is no law against paying property taxes. Mr. Torain wishes to corral the caller and keep him on the dual topics. Caller then goes too far off the deep end and is ushered out of the conversation, despite Mr. Torain appreciating the “deep dive.”

Super Chats and Cash Apps take over the show (and rightfully so). Caller comes through to mention a person who killed cops in Baton Rouge (not a freedom fighter). Star says that there’s young teenage boys in France who just flip cars over and burn cars. He says that the Russians had been rebels in the 18th century. So, he says, that the black man in America ought to act out without a plan. Mr. Torain talks about the IRA in Ireland and how they would blow up some property and then negotiate terms. Star says that he “doesn’t see a revolutionary” wearing slides. Caller tries to take shots at Ronnie on the show. Mr. Torain quickly regulates him. Caller doesn’t know the topics so Star hurls a verbal grenade and throws him off balance. He then gets into the conversation about B12 shots. Mr. Torain wants to know how often he goes to the gym and if it has enhanced his sex life.

Temar sends a Super Chat about Tariq Nasheed and that he’s a freedom fighter. Kid Dangerous then breaks down how the Bible mentions the word to describe black people. He also discusses how the prophet Mohammad was a darker skinned man but most hold that he was a white man. Ronnie wants to know when Kid will be battling. Star then takes a scientific tangent. He poses to Kid whether the earth spun faster or slower at one time. He also talks about the convection zone. In all, Star says it must have been impossible for Jesus to be white.

As the show zooms by, Star then goes on another tangent about Cam’ron. Ronnie claims that she is supportive of DipSet. But Star speaks on Safaree for “slutting out” Nicki Minaj, congratulating him. A Super Chatter says that Medgar Evers fought for freedom. This is all facts. Jason then calls into the show. Gandhi becomes part of the talk as Star says Gandhi advised that the Jewish people should treat Palestinians in a certain way. Star gets Jason out of there with the quickness for not knowing who Timothy McVeigh or Emma Goldman were or what they represented.

Caller doesn’t want murderous people free. He wants them to be restrained. For the family of Atatiana, caller says that he should visit Texas. It seems like they’re more “Republican” in that state. Star jumps in to say that there have been black people like Fred Hampton Sr. and Huey P. Newton who had been struck down before presenting their ideals more fully. Mr. Torain claims that Ronnie is a business owner but she gets “greasy behind the scenes.”

Mr. Torain fields a young caller who doesn’t know the Objective Hater and all of his journey. Star gets this caller out of here swiftly.

Towards the end of the show, Mr. Torain talks about an Instagram video where he shows off a 2X6 wooden plank that barricades the door. Maybe he will continue to sleep well with the plank in place.
