The UK Labour Party is in Denial about Scotland
The Labour Party in the United Kingdom has a long history, the party was founded as a representative of the Working-Class in the United Kingdom, following the kind of Two-party representation system where one party represents “Business” and the other represents the worker. It was founded roughly 50 years after the Chartist movement in the UK reformed the House of Commons making it more representative and much more Democratic. It sought to;

According to some studies, the Nigerian youth have grown disillusioned with the current political situation in Nigeria, and as it stands, these young adults make up more than half of the population in this nation. Although many are of voting age and eligible to take part in Nigerian politics, less than 20% actually register to vote, so how can Nigeria hope to move forward if its own citizens don’t take an active role in its governance? This article will discuss why Nigerian youths need quality political representation in order to improve the state of affairs throughout the country.

Looking at today's world you'd be right to be worried about the direction that Society and the wider world is getting into. The tensions in Ukraine, the many governments around the world that seem to be backsliding into Autocratic regimes, conspiracy theories causing perfectly rational people to act in completely irrational ways, LGBTQ+ Rights being reversed or limited, The Right to abortion constantly on threat of being taken away, more and more police violence against minorities and Governments being unveiled as un-ashamedly Corrupt. By no means am I an unbridled optimist, but realistically. All of this is symptoms of a wider issue, we, as a Society don't know where to go next. Most periods of Human history can be marked as revolutionarily changed, something happened, something changed. But what do you change when everything is markedly different from how it was 70 years ago?

What a time to be alive. The present is certainly a gift to behold knowing that our personal freedoms are influenced by the culmination and manifestations of the words spoken and delivered by luminary, visionary, and missionary, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. since the inception of his monumental speech delivered on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial on August 28, 1963. The further we venture into the future, the more Dr.King’s metaphorical phrases ring true through to the core of the Nation and it's ever diversifying state of nationality. By exercising the Power of the Spoken Word and holding the founding fathers, and their successors, accountable to stand and deliver on the promises of the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and the National Anthem, all of which were drafted by the Power of the Written Word, Dr. King challenged the American nation to, for the lack of a better phrase, “say what you mean and mean what you say’. His speech is one of the most noble orations of all time because of its ability to transcend time, space and circumstance yet regard the rights, freedoms and inclusivity of all mankind. Without going through Dr. King’s speech with a fine-tooth comb or dissecting it into its many moving parts, we will instead expand on the qualities of his character, explore the evolution of his followers and celebrate the liberties associated with exercising the freedom of speech. We are at a critical point in the evolutionary process where we must relinquish the self-limiting beliefs that give rise to prejudices, stereotypes and discriminations before we can access our own true potential. It is high time we transcend this human conditional by exploring and occupying the options lain before us to ascend past our individual and collective traumas, tragedies and transgressions by honoring our natural nature of compassion, grace, patience and kindness hence our collective title as ‘mankind’.

MAJOR NEWS STATIONS ACROSS THE NATION announced "lock down," ...mandatory announcement in March of 2020... THIS IS NBC NEWS...The White House and all prominent public health officials have urged people across the country to stay at home as much as possible to prevent the spread of the corona virus. Nonetheless, governors of five states have yet to issue lock down orders for their residents, and three states have issued only partial measures..." This was the President's orders. A stressed overtaxed president being brow beaten for the usual national safety measures, NASA concerns for "being the first" out there and other governmental departments resettling for the ongoing monthly eruptions by resigning or fired staff members. His trusty VP at his side, he and Federal Emergency Management Agency operatives for Emergency Management projects inherited from the prior administration meant to guarantee our status of security and response to every possible form and source of terrorism, were confronted with an assault on the health of the American population. A national terrorism concerning population health is the jurisdiction of the United States Department of Health and Human Services CENTERS for DISEASE CONTROL supported by the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION. It was a potential health crisis, our ability to respond, react and recover on a national basis. No president dealt with such a scare since the 2015 -2016 ZIKA VIRUS PANDEMIC. There was the 2014 EBOLA outbreak that did not last, and the 2002-2004 SARS... Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is a viral respiratory illness caused by a coronavirus called SARS-associated coronavirus. We had fallen short for response but recovery was quick, it didn't last and did not progress throughout out millions. COVID came on the tail end of beefing up security levels for terrorism of war. After the drug raid at Manuel Noriega's Nicaragua to diminish and deplete drugs being brought into the United States, a short end abandonment of mission brought military home and some military units of Nicaragua in pursuit for vengeance at the destruction of that nation's economy which relied heavily on production of those drug substances. That mission cut short, focus was turned to defending Kuwait in 1990. Forces were shipped over seas to battle Iraq. Concerns for national security were set high in regard to terrorism strikes via the health of American population. The ability of government entities to respond on short notice with precision defense and recovery among the common folk would be a project worth effecting. The shut down of the nation to provide ample time for medical resolve was mandatory. The president held the population still; he was the only one who could.

We could easily say that contribution of Francis Fukuyama regarding the conversation of capitalism and democracy has been quite important. Specifically through his work; The end of History, in which he argues that the so-called end of history might not be as utopian as we imagine it to be. According to Fukuyama, many progressive intellectuals in the 1980s and in general in the 20th century thought that as human societies will evolve, eventually will achieve a teleological purpose of taking the form of a communist utopia. Teleological as a term comes from Aristotle and it could mean any action or any occurrence that has a purpose or a goal, from the ancient Greek word of "telos" which meant purpose or objective and ironically is still used today in modern Greek, meaning the end of something. The irony is that even its modern use is still connected with the idea that the end of an action always services a purpose being fulfilled at the moment it ends. But what is the position of Fukuyama on this idea both about the teleological end of history or the belief of the intellectuals of the 20th century that hoped a utopic communist end? Fukuyama even though he mentioned that he agrees with Marxists in the progressive perception of history, with societies becoming more complex and developed in social organization. He disagreed in the terminal point of society being a communist utopia, but rather something more familiar to what we have in most societies today, a form of market orientated liberal democracy (Fukuyama, 2012). He believed that humanity will never reach this "fantasy" of an utopian communist society, but even if we take the Marxist historical model, society will only reach the phase which a Marxist would characterized as a bourgeois democracy. According to Fukuyama after the complete failure of the totally state planned economy of the former socialist states, a market economy is necessary and even the best given form of economic plan. Thus the only model that includes a market economy and includes a political and economic plan is liberal democracy, following of course in the financial sphere the capitalist values of private initiative and economic freedom. For him a high form of human civilization would be the one producing higher levels of prosperity and happiness for the people living in it, and in that case something close to today's liberal democracy (Fukuyama, 2012).

I changed from my sweaty gym clothes with a smile on my face. That game was good. Really good. The voices around me seemed to agree with my inner dialogue; some voices were filled with frustration (the losing side) while my teammates gloated and recounted the game’s key moments with pride and excitement in their voices.

I don't know much about my ancestry. I was born in Poland, and so were my parents. But their parents - not exactly. They all immigrated to my hometown - Wrocław, also known as Breslau - after the Second World War, just like hundreds of thousands of others hoping to start a better life there.

Pope Francis has long enjoyed the reputation as the 'cool pope.' But it looks like those days might be over now. A few days ago, he enraged quite a lot of people by suggesting that couples who choose to have pets over children are 'acting selfishly' and that this practice ultimately 'diminishes us, takes away our humanity.'
