Chandrasekar B.E, Tamilnadu paralympic president , organizes and motivates people to participate in competitive sporting activities, by providing funds for coaching, equipment, and travel in the lead-up to the Paralympic Games, he helps identify potential Paralympians and assists athletes.

For the past decade, the Tamil Nadu Paralympic Sports Association has worked solely to promote physical activity among Indians with disabilities, including those who are blind. The tamilnadu paralympic coach has been provided with all facilities to train the para athletes effectively. The Tamil Nadu Paralympic Sports Association is a member of both the Indian Paralympic Committee and the International Paralympic Association.
