Mary Trump a clinical Psychologist by profession is the only niece to President Donald Trump. She has written a new book titled “Too Much and Never Enough: How my Family created the World’s most dangerous man.” People wonder what may have led to this for Mary to write this book exposing a President running for re-election.

According to the description from the book Publisher Simon & Shuster, “Mary Trump alone can recount this fascinating, unnerving saga, not just because of her insider’s perspective but also because she is the only Trump willing to tell the truth about one of the world’s most powerful and dysfunctional families.”

The critical question being asked at this point is whether the book will ever be released by the Publisher- Simon & Schuster? President Trump’s brother Robert Trump sued Mary Trump and her publisher, seeking for a court injunction to block the release of the new book. From all indications, it appears the book publisher has won the second round although some hurdles remain.

On July 1, the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division removed the previous restraining order from a lower-court judge which could have prevented the book from being released.

The ruling from the Appellate Court nonetheless still left a restraining order against Mary Trump. The legal team of Mary Trump immediately filled a new affidavit about 70 pages long seeking to vacate the order of restraint against publishing the book on the ground that it violates the First Amendment Rights granted by the US Constitution.

Mary Trump’s legal brief stated that Robert Trump is seeking this unlawful restraining order on core political grounds. According to the lawyers the reason Robert Trump and the Trump family want the book not to be released is because the President does not want the American people to hear Mary’s story. They argued, "The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution forbids prior restraints against the publication of books, especially books comprising core political speech relating to a sitting president running for reelection."

Mary Trump’s book promises to tell all about President Trump and the way he treated and derided his father, Fred Trump, suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. The Book Publisher discussed further the details of Mary’s book a statement they posted online said Mary “explains how specific events and general family patterns created the damaged man who currently occupies the Oval Office, including the strange and harmful relationship between Fred Trump and his two oldest sons, Fred Jr. and Donald.”

Mary’s book also detailed the appalling way Donald Trump who she described as Fred Trump’s favorite son derided his dad as he succumbed to his ailment Alzheimer’s disease that killed him.

According to Mary Trump her book "shines a bright light on the dark history of their family in order to explain how her uncle became the man who now threatens the world’s health, economic security, and social fabric."

Fred Trump Jr. who battled with alcoholism is the brother of President Trump and the father of Mary Trump. He died young in 1981 when he was just 42 years old. Fred Trump, President Donald Trump’s father died in 1991. His death led to a very bitter family fight and legal battle resulting from the Will he left for his children. Mary grew up in her grand parents large home in Queens where President Trump and his siblings grew-up.

The Publisher has set a release date for the book on July 28, roughly one month before the Republican National Convention in Florida.
