Dear Donald,

Although I might not particularly agree with your political views or the actions in which you have taken in office, I owe you a thank you. The things that you do and say are all over various platforms of media. While the context in which they consist of do not always stem from the best of topics and reason for being covered by media, you keep us media savvy people quite busy. As an intern at a media based, content-driven company, it is nearly impossible to not read and write about you. Whether it's tweeting, press conferences and interviews, or simply taking video and photographs of you during your daily routine, we are always on our toes waiting for you to say or do something worth covering. Being that you are always tweeting, releasing statements, and barely attempting to hide from those with any form of camera, it is not difficult for you to be an everyday part of our media coverage.

Media Companies Give Thanks, but Not All Companies Can

Although you claim to give hundreds of thousands of jobs to the citizens of the United States, you do not deserve all of the credit that you have been giving yourself. If you are not aware of the number of jobs being created, which I hope you are, here is some help. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, there were 840,000 jobs added to the U.S. economy in the four months prior to your election, while in the first four months of your presidency there have only been 600,000 jobs added to the U.S. economy. So if you look at those numbers Mr. President, there were more jobs being added before your inauguration. And oh yeah, those were added by the ECONOMY and not you! I understand that it looks good for you to be able to say that it is your doing that these jobs are being added, but it is not the truth and your public relations stunt is not fooling anyone. So instead of taking all of the credit for these company jobs being given to hard working, deserving citizens, you should be thanking the economy and stock markets for being as exciting and somewhat stable as it is right now for these jobs.

As Far as Media Goes, Keep It Up!

Media is one of the fasted growing industries with technology at the fingertips of almost everyone. For those who care about our country, it seems that you are the main focus in much of the coverage on social and written media. The industry continues to keep busy attempting to follow all of your antics, keeping media companies in business. The artistic side of media can also share in this thanks to you as well. All of those hilarious memes, GIFs, and posters of you do not make themselves. Artistic teams around the nation are constantly creating content based off of you. I know that you might not appreciate how you are portrayed in these images, but becomes extremely popular at a very quick rate. Instead of changing your ways and trying to hide from the media, I say continue with how you are running your presidency and keep media companies busy! For now, we are here waiting for your next misspelled tweet, plan to launch more missiles and rude remarks towards a race or religion. So i would like to thank you, Donald, for keeping media companies busy and giving us consistent work.

Sincerely,

A Busy Media Intern in the U.S.A.
