'Covid' Ops: Where in the world is Ghislaine Maxwell?

Could she be hiding in France?

She’s the youngest of notorious former media mogul Robert Maxwell’s five children and the alleged procuror of young girls for Jeffrey Epstein… and, strangely, hide nor hair has been seen of her since his mysterious death in a New York prison cell in August last year, while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

Ghislaine Maxwell, who studied at Oxford’s Balliol College, moved to the United States after her father's death in 1991 and became a “close associate” of Epstein.

She has faced persistent allegations of procuring and sexually trafficking underage girls for him and others, charges she has denied, but on 27 December last year Reuters reported she was among those under FBI investigation for facilitating Epstein.

Since his death in prison she has been in “hiding”, communicating with the courts only through her lawyers who, as of 30 January this year, have refused to accept service of three lawsuits on her behalf.

A report in The Sun earlier this month reported the 58-year-old is believed to be hiding out at a chateau in France, her former family home in Meyreuil, to avoid being questioned about the case.

The claim was reported by the Politicalite website amid the ongoing mystery over her whereabouts, with The Sun offering a £10,000 reward for information leading to it successfully making direct contact with her in person.

Maxwell has not been seen in public since a photograph emerged of her at an In-N-Out burger restaurant in Los Angeles a week after Epstein’s death, when she was reportedly living at the home of a former boyfriend, Scott Borgerson, in Massachusetts.

Part of the FBI investigation concerns Epstein’s links to the The TerraMar Project, a non-profit organisation set up by Maxwell in 2012 to assist in “cleaning up the environment”.

The project was funded solely by Maxwell, who pumped money into it while also taking out hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of loans. Documents list Maxwell as the president of TerraMar, whose official office was located at the same address as her home on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

From 2012-17 she put in US$283,429… but during that same period gave out just US$874 in grants.

On 12 July 2019, a week after the sex trafficking charges brought by New York federal prosecutors against Epstein became public, The TerraMar Project announced its closure… with its British operation continuing to run until December.

Among those on the charity’s board of directors were Ariadne Calvo-Platero, Maxwell’s best friend from Oxford, businessman Amir Dossal and Dead Poets Society producer Steven Haft.

Among the many high-profile figures Epstein and Maxwell were known to have associated with include Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew and Donald Trump, although all seem very keen to distance themselves from acknowledging they had any relationship with them at all.

With the case into Epstein himself effectively shut down following his mysterious demise last August, Maxwell is the one person privy to all the secrets about the happenings on Epstein’s private jet dubbed the “Lolita Express” and at his mansions in Manhattan, Florida, Paris, New Mexico and his Caribbean grotto of the grotesque on Little Saint James in the United States Virgin Islands.

So, my first question is simple, if Maxwell has done nothing wrong, why is she going to such lengths to avoid questioning?

As I write, lawyers for Epstein’s estate are busily conducting settlement talks with 17 of his accusers, who have agreed to participate in a Victim Compensation Fund that will assess each claim before “issuing a payout within 90 days”.

The Sun newspaper obtained legal filings which state 12 women represented by Merson Law and five women working with The Bloom Firm have agreed to the parameters of the fund, with the women having to sign a four-page contract that states they can never again file legal action against the Epstein estate and co-executors Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, or "any entities or individuals who are or have ever been engaged by, employed by, worked in any capacity for, or provided any services to” Epstein, the Epstein entities or the Epstein estate.

The agreement does not prevent the women from suing individuals they may have been trafficked to by Epstein, which means at least one woman, Virginia Roberts, could file a lawsuit against Prince Andrew. Roberts claims she was trafficked to the prince and has provided a photo of her and the royal at the home of Maxwell, claims the prince has strenuously denied.

Jordan Merson confirmed the validity of the documents to The Sun, saying: "Yes, my clients want to proceed with the voluntary fund so that they have an opportunity to be fully compensated for their significant injuries."

Lisa Bloom also confirmed to The Sun that her five clients had agreed to participate in the fund.

These settlements are occurring far faster than many anticipated, with some estimating it would take decades before these women saw any money. Could it be that a bogus coronavirus pandemic provides the perfect backdrop to sweep all the unpleasantness away with minimal fuss?

A quarterly accounting report filed by executors for the estate that was obtained by The Sun shows 33 individuals or companies are seeking damages to be paid out from Epstein's US$600 million trust.

And it seems Maxwell is keen to get her piece of the Epstein pie too, with her lawyers filing a civil lawsuit against the late financier’s estate in March seeking reimbursement of her legal fees and personal security costs.

According to a court filing in the US Virgin Islands, Maxwell claims Epstein repeatedly made “clear and unambiguous” promises to always support her financially.

“Maxwell reasonably and justifiably relied on Epstein’s promises and put her trust in Epstein that he would fulfil his promises,” the lawsuit filed in Superior Court in St Thomas claims.

Maxwell has been named in many lawsuits filed by Epstein's alleged victims and attorneys representing them have condemned her lawyers’ actions.

"It is absolutely appalling that Ghislaine Maxwell, who committed crimes with Epstein against these victims, is seeking to drain funds from the very estate that should be paying the Epstein victims’ claims," said Sigrid McCawley, a partner at Boies, Schiller, Flexner which represents Annie Farmer and others suing Epstein’s estate, in a statement to ABC News. "We view her actions as unconscionable, but this is an individual who lost sight of right from wrong a very long time ago."

Brad Edwards, an attorney who represents more than 20 of Epstein’s alleged victims, also told ABC News: “She wants money to hide. It’s crazy. And she wants to take money that should be paid to victims. She should answer questions... to the victims, to law enforcement and to the public. Not just about whatever business relationship she may have had, but about the entirety of her relationship with Epstein.”

The Epstein estate's assets are currently frozen due to an ongoing dispute with the government of the US Virgin Islands, which has filed its own lawsuit alleging Epstein and his associated companies operated as a criminal conspiracy to conceal the trafficking of women and girls in the island territory.

The “lien” imposed on 31 January was part of a civil enforcement action brought by US Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise George, expanded in February to name Indyke and Kahn as co-conspirators.

George alleged Indyke and Kahn conspired with Epstein to help him exploit minors and she doesn’t want either involved in the estate’s Victim Compensation Fund.

She said the lawyers could try to drain the fund before making restitution with alleged victims who were as young as 12 in the Virgin Islands and explained the lien was necessary to get an inventory of the estate’s assets.

George also said Epstein’s lawyers tried to fraudulently get tax breaks after he returned to the Virgin Islands following his release from a Florida jail in 2009.

After his conviction in 2008, Epstein served just 13 months in “custody with work release” as part of a plea deal despite federal officials identifying 36 victims after the parent of a molested 14-year old girl complained to the police in 2005.

Eventually Epstein pled guilty and was convicted in a Florida state court, but the charge was just soliciting a prostitute and of procuring a 17-year-old girl for prostitution.

According to Maxwell’s lawsuit against Epstein’s estate, she claims to have been employed by Epstein and his companies from about 1999 to 2006 as a manager of the multi-millionaire’s luxury properties in New York, Florida, New Mexico, France and the US Virgin Islands.

She alleges that when she sought to start her own business venture in about 2004, she received a typewritten letter from Epstein with a handwritten note asking her to remain in his employment and promising no matter what she chose to do, Epstein would always “support her”.

So my next question is, if the estate settles with Maxwell, does that mean under the terms of the Victim Compensation Fund she cannot be taken to court by those who have settled their claims?

The fact Epstein and Maxwell were “protected” from prosecution for so many years leads me to believe their web of weirdness is something many powerful people want hushed up.

Located in the US Virgin Islands, Little Saint James had been Epstein’s primary residence since its purchase in 1998 and it did not take long before the island earned a disturbing reputation.

The name US Virgin Islands says it all really, everything you need to know about the code of morality that tainted Little Saint James’ shores for decades, perhaps for even longer.

According to many researchers, it is believed a great number of rich and powerful people flew there to abuse an apparently endless supply of minors, allegedly provided by a team of traffickers.

A close examination of the island reveals many strange details that appear to be custom-built to cater to the occult elite’s extreme brand of depravity… in particular a “temple” which bears a striking resemblance to the Hammam Yalbugha, a Mamluk-era public bath located in Syria.

During the Mamluk era children were captured by the ruling class to become slaves, boys were usually trained to become soldiers, while girls were groomed to become the concubines of their masters. Considering the fact Epstein island was allegedly used to import child sex slaves for the elite, the symbolism is quite revealing.

Theories also suggest there is an elaborate system of tunnels built beneath the surface of the island, which is where researchers believe most of the horrific child abuse took place.

At the centre of the island there is also a strange sundial, which depicts a solar face that is claimed to be extremely symbolic. Apparently it is a near-replica of the head of the “Masonic man” depicted in classic Masonic documents.

Epstein’s famed “little black book” contained the names of more than 1,000 high-level individuals in all fields of society and he was also involved with two of the most powerful organisations in the world: The Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission.

Both of these entities gather the world’s elite to decide policies that shape the world as we know it. The Trilateral Commission was founded by David Rockefeller, with Epstein a board member of the Rockefeller University.

Names such as media figures Charlie Rose, George Stephanopoulos, Katie Couric, Mike Wallace and Barbara Walters are said to appear in Epstein’s book, along with former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak, former British prime minister Tony Blair, industrialist David Koch and the late Salomon Brothers CEO John Gutfreund and his wife.

Epstein was also close friends with billionaire Leslie Wexner, the founder of Victoria’s Secret, and celebrities such as Woody Allen, Bill Cosby, Kevin Spacey, Chris Tucker, Ralph Fiennes, Alec Baldwin, David Blaine, Jimmy Buffett and Courtney Love also allegedly get mentions in that “little black book”.

I can only wonder at the deranged beliefs that pervade the darkest corners of the world and the startling things mankind is capable of… but some very wealthy people could be involved in them.

It would take until this international crisis comes to a close, and far beyond, to understand the forces at play, but there’s enough evil involved for those with good moral compass to play along with this incredible charade to keep it from seeing the light of day.

I’m sure many of the world’s richest oligarchs view this exercise differently and from all sorts of religious perspectives... perhaps seeing it as a golden opportunity to take humanity forward into a brave new world.

But with all the altruism on earth, the wealthy know they have the resources to come through this and build on their vast fortunes. Unfortunately it’s us mere mortals who are paying the price for their Machiavellian plan.
