In 2010, global health leaders launched a “Decade of Vaccines” collaboration to guide the discovery, development, and DELIVERY of lifesaving vaccines to enable greater coordination across all stakeholder groups- national governments, multilateral originations, civil society, the private sector, and philanthropic organizations- and it will identify critical policy, resource, and other “gaps” that must be addressed to REALIZE the life-saving potential of vaccines.

Among the members of the leadership council in these efforts were Dr. MARGARET CHAN (Director General of WHO), Dr. ANTHONY S. FAUCI (Director of NIAID), and Dr. TACHI YAMADA (President of Global Health at the BILL & MELINDA GATES Foundation).

In 2014, stemming from concerns of a possible pandemic caused by an accidental or deliberate release of genetically engineered virus, the US passed a federal moratorium on GOF (gain-of-function) research (among them, altering natural pathogens to make them MORE DEADLY and INFECTIOUS).

Peter Hale of the Foundation for Vaccine Research in Washington, D.C. had said at the time of the ban, “This is major! Our hope is that investigators who have been conducting these experiments will also implement a pause immediately and stop further work until there is a consensus as to whether this research should be allowed to proceed and, if so, under what conditions.”

Jocelyn Kaiser and David Malakoff collaborated on an article [found at sciencemag.org] titled “U.S. Halts Funding for New Risky Virus Studies, Calls for Voluntary Moratorium.”

In this article, they mentioned a White House blog that stated it as “a pause on studies … that may be reasonably anticipated to confer attributes to influenza, MERS, or SARS viruses such that the virus would have enhanced pathogenicity and/or transmissibility in mammals via the respiratory route.” The government also “encourages those currently conducting this type of work—whether federally funded or not—to voluntarily pause their research while risks and benefits are being reassessed.”

They stressed that research and testing of naturally occurring forms of pathogens would continue.

“Many scientists worried that if the potent new lab strain were accidentally or deliberately released, it could result in a deadly pandemic. Proponents argued that such studies will help public health researchers detect an impending flu pandemic and prepare vaccines.”

To break that down for my readers, the debate here was one group of scientists were basically saying, “Why create these horrible viruses if the potential for their release to the public could be deadly?” while the other group (our most influential and wealthy health coordinators on this fucking planet) argued, “We create these viruses so we can make a vaccine to protect people from them.”

Dr. ANTHONY FAUCI- named member of the leadership council in The Gates Foundations collaborative effort in the “Decade of Vaccines”- outsourced this research in 2015 to the US-funded WIV and licensed them to continue receiving US funding despite growing concerns of safety measures.

Also in 2015, WIV became China’s first laboratory to achieve the highest level of international bioresearch safety (known as BSL-4). However, three years later, “the U.S. Embassy in Beijing took the unusual step of repeatedly sending U.S. science diplomats to the [WIV].” [source: Josh Rogin; Washington Post] He went on to write: “The U.S. delegation was led by Jamison Fouss, the consul general in Wuhan, and Rick Switzer, the embassy’s counselor of environment, science, technology and health. WIV erased that statement from its website, though it remains archived on the Internet. What the U.S. officials learned during their visits concerned them so much that they dispatched two diplomatic cables categorized as Sensitive But Unclassified back to Washington. The cables warned about safety and management weaknesses at the WIV lab and proposed more attention and help. The first cable, which I obtained, also warns that the lab’s work on bat coronaviruses and their potential human transmission represented a risk of a new SARS-like pandemic.”

Without resolving lab-safety issues with the lab, the US lifted the GOF-ban in December of 2017.

As reported on the NIH (National Institute of Health) website the following year (2018) they partnered with the Wuhan Institute of Virology on research relating to SADS-CoV and noted that only six coronaviruses are known to cause disease in people. Of those six, two have caused large outbreaks of fatal illness in people- Middle East Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus & SARS-CoV.

NBC reported, “The virus' origin has been the focus of conspiracy theories and other forms of misinformation. In an interview with Fox News on Feb. 16, Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., suggested that the coronavirus may have come from a virology laboratory in Wuhan, China, where the outbreak emerged. Others went further by raising the possibility that the virus was a leaked bioweapon.

“But scientists say the virus' similarities to known coronaviruses in animals — particularly bats — rule out the idea that it was created in a lab.”

Livescience.com reported, “A 55-year-old individual from Hubei province in China may have been the first person to have contracted COVID-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus spreading across the globe. That case dates back to Nov. 17, 2019, according to the South China Morning Post.

“That's more than a month earlier than doctors noted cases in Wuhan, China, which is in Hubei province, at the end of December 2019. At the time, authorities suspected the virus stemmed from something sold at a wet market in the city. However, it's now clear that early in what is now a pandemic, some infected people had no connection to the market. That included one of the earliest cases from Dec. 1, 2019 in an individual who had no link to that seafood market, researchers reported Jan. 20 in the journal The Lancet.”

Those wet-markets didn’t even sell bats, come to find out.

This is all public record. I’d be more than happy to hear otherwise, and I’d LOVE nothing more than to see what Mark Zuckerberg’s “fact-checking” henchmen can pick apart from my findings.

My theory here- and that’s all it is- is it’s the end of the decade; 2020- exactly 10 years after these global health leaders started their “Decade of Vaccines,” and the time to milk this cash-cow is upon us. There will be many rich men made of this disaster; you can bet on it!
