The US President Joseph Biden has asked congress to give Ukraine another $30 Billion USD. This adds to the billions in military equipment and funding already sent to the country.
The population of Ukraine is is said to be around 43 to 44 million people, however 5,901,000 million of which have fled the country to other parts of Europe. While 6,268,000 million have fled to other parts of the globe, with others being displaced within the country.
This number, compared to the amount of children in Africa alone is astounding 12.500 million children in Niger, some 44% of Burkina Faso is under the age of 18-years old. More than half of Mali's total population of around 19 million people are under the age of 18.
Let's not forget Central African Republic and the war in Sudan, according to UNICEF there are several million children in food crisis. Khartoun is the capital of Sudan.
Khartoum, 15 August – An additional 1.5 million children in Sudan are expected to fall into crisis levels of hunger by September, as violent conflict, displacement and sky-high food prices persist and a likely poor seasonal harvest predicted.
By June, nearly 8 million – or one in every three children – in the country were suffering crisis levels of food shortages, or IPC Phase 3 and above. Between July and September, this figure is expected to rise to 9.5 million, or an extra 17,000 children on average per day.
The total number of children in Africa is more than 40 million, which $30 billion USD could not only feed them all for a day but for more than a month. According to their normal staple diets the cost wouldn't be as great as $30 billion.
However the US government has refused to feed children in conflict areas in which their under military leads like Guinée Conarky, Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger. Even though African countries with problematic (dictator) leaders remain on the good graces of the US government.
Why don't African children matter?
Number of hungry in Sudan rises above 20 million
CAIRO, Aug 3 (Reuters) - The estimated number of people facing acute food insecurity in Sudan has risen faster than expected to 20.3 million, or 42% of the population, as a conflict between rival military factions deepens a humanitarian crisis, a food security body said.
The worst hit areas include the capital Khartoum, the western region of Darfur, and parts of Kordofan, all of which have seen fighting, attacks and looting since the war broke out in mid-April, according to the Integrated Food Security Classification (IPC), a partnership of U.N. agencies, NGOs and other groups.

In West Africa, ECOWAS is waging war on the military leader of Niger, while 50% of the population in Niger is under the age of 18-years old. The US refuses to condemn the military action, the claim they stand by whatever actions ECOWAS wishes to take.
ECOWAS is the West African bloc of 15 countries in West Africa, they didn't take action when Guinee, Mali and Burkina Faso was went through military take overs. Why bring more violence to countries that have been for more than 6-years plagued with terrorism.
An estimated 2.2 million people are currently suffering from hunger in Burkina Faso, with that figure expected to rise to 3.3 million by September 2023. Among these figures, nearly 650,000 individuals are facing extreme hunger, meaning people are already starting to lose their lives from a lack of food (IPC phase 5)
IRC is warning of the potential 50% rise of people experiencing hunger in the country in the next two months if immediate action is not taken.
