One Monopoly Money for One Bitcoin

TRADE ME FOR IMAGINARY MONEY???

Imagine a game of monopoly. It's almost the end of the game, though and one greedy (but strategic, savvy) person has stock-piled the best communities and added massive properties on them, raked up all the railroads, and even owns the utilities company. The other players live in fruitless hope of staying alive in this game by others landing on their meager one home, low-class dwelling. They just want to go around the board and collect their &200.00 and get back home safely. They live in fear of the banker and are terrified of rolling the dice that lands them on Boardwalk.

You could say that this picture in your mind pretty much sums up all of us who live in each of our own dots on the map. Those are our times and our fated economy. It's a game, but it is no longer fun.

So, somebody who stayed up too late playing that onerous game and who was probably losing, became a bit delirious and was most likely in the bi-polar manic phase of existence, who was also well-read in the histories of trade and barters came up with the bright idea of "a bitcoin." Really, a genius idea.

That same person talked the other players into joining his (or her) brain game version in real life by trading with an allotted amount of bitcoin between themselves. For example, each player got an equal payday of coins (all imaginary but truly banking regulated with good record-keeping of transactions) to begin life with. Then the trades became open.

Person A offered Person B 2 bitcoins for doing their dirty laundry and Person B gave Person C 5 bitcoins for cleaning and house-sitting for a weekend. Everyone of their small group engaged in this fun-swapping and it really caught on and pleased one another, meeting real needs without real money. And it was virtually free money without labor to start off with.

Then each of the small group added friends to the concept of bitcoin trade, and they in turn saw its merits and recruited their own partakers. It was fire!

So, the supply to meet the demand was in turn, sold using true currencies. I told you it was genius. Many bitcoins were sold and the price seems to be going up.

Somehow, over bitcoin time, it went viral and then went to the Bull market itself. Now it is all "real" like all other stocks are... All we have to do now is wait for it to be government regulated and ruin it all, like everything else. Bitcoin to become "bitcon."

Maybe each community of friends should rally and create their own version of bitcoin and we could all enjoy the game at fair prices and fair trades? Wouldn't that be ideal? Maybe it's possible in this re-imagined world we live in, after all.

Communities would no longer be slaves to the fixed prices and taxes they collect. There would be independent entities. And happy costumers. Sort of like trading furs for bags of grain like in the old days. Simple and inspiring us all to work harder to make a better product or do a better service. No monopoly game in that world.

Parents need to pay allowance in bitcoins and families need to borrow money from one another with this currency. I could see how bitcoins could decrease animosity and problems with this concept.

I'm not even vaguely sure of how the bitcoin empire started, but this is my story and I'm sticking to it. This is how it makes sense to me. I hope it might help you to understand what a bitcoin is. I had fun thinking about it, at least. I wish I had bought some bitcoins. Don't you??? Maybe it's not too late.
