Kent Stetson: The Mastermind Behind The Kentstetson Brand
When you think of Kentstetson, the designs embedded on each bag. Kent Stetson is an intellectual artist who isn’t shy about his work. Kenstetson was founded in 2003, after a disappointing exhibition which he then started cutting up the canvas pieces and sewing them into bags, they sold immediately. His company based in Rhode Island, Kent and his team of highly-skilled artisans who work along side to help produce to order, making each one specially for the recipients. I had the pleasure of interviewing Kent as he let me into creative world.

Coco Chanel inspires me in so many ways with her humility, perseverance, and style. At 12 years old, Coco Chanel began sewing at such a young age. After her mother passed away, her father abandoned her by placing her in an orphanage. Despite of the circumstance, she did not let the tragedy of her abandonment prohibit her from sewing.

As many times as we hear that 'this is an unprecedented time,' just like anything else, it has to travel from your ears to your brain and then to your heart and your gut for you to truly understand what those words mean. The realization that no one on our planet has experienced what we are all currently experiencing is one that must be individually felt, at your own pace, in your own body and spirit. There is no Wise One to turn to for answers. Mom & Dad have never been here before, and even our government officials scramble breathlessly in the face of this pandemic, trying this and trying that -- because there is no roadmap. We are all standing, apart but together, trying to figure out what to hold onto.

Slot machines, showgirls, and cocktails oh my! I walked into the windowless arcade in five inch stilettos and a gallon of Crystal Geyser water in my right hand. I was feeling focused and in a good mood, despite the cigarette smoke that rudely insisted on creeping inside my leopard print dress. The air tasted like steak and sounded like chaos, which if you aren’t familiar with, sounds like a symphony of ice cubes in cocktail glasses, heels on marble floors, oohs and aahs of luck and defeat, and the shrill, unhappy laughter that always seems to well up from somewhere slightly to my left. It was a typical Saturday night in Las Vegas, and I was heading to work.

Dye For Ru
Creativity I have always been artistic in many ways. Growing up playing piano, drums and guitar. From drawing outside the lines to at home fashion shows and making silly videos with my little sister. I believe my fun upbringing has allowed me to blossom into the individual I am today. I spent the past four years as a makeup artist. Our modern world of technology has given me the chance to create content for brands, Instagram has provided me a place to showcase my brand and I look forward to developing a website very soon. You all can find my work on my Instagram platform: @itsmolls

Chances are, if you are a living and breathing human above the age of four (and maybe even younger), you know the fame and hype of New York Fashion Week. It’s the most stylish event that basically takes over the city, where the most prominent designers in fashion showcase their latest collection. I have always dreamed of attending one of these shows and being a part of the chaotic, unique experience. Luckily for me, I had the opportunity to attend a show during New York Fashion Week 2020.
The Woman Behind Legacy: An Empire is Born
Some might argue that an Empire can only be birthed from hard work and a Roman work ethic (we’ve all heard the phrase Rome wasn’t built in a day, so we work for it); while others claim or argue that an Empire can only be birthed by ones legacy that has been left behind and XXC is becoming the evidence of this hard-working Rome ethic by building a legacy that is one of a kind with her all-inclusive fashion show. The Legacy fashion show which began in 2015 and has been running for 5-years being help annually or biannually and we hope to see the fashion show become more than just a fashion show but a legacy that has been left behind and that is what the Legacy fashion show is about leaving a platform for creatives to come together even long after XXC has left her mark not only in the fashion industry but as well as entertainment industry.

For so long I have wanted to be a designer, creating pieces that I can fit into properly. Being taller and curvier, I have always found an issue with how my clothes fit, well, and an issue with being able to go shopping with confidence that I’d find the perfect dress for this event, or the perfect top that won’t shrink after I wash lol! Being inspired by people like Dapper Dan, I knew there was a huge need for me to get creative. My very first project, I made a fur coat to wear for my birthday. I saw a picture of Rihanna with a Blush pink suit and fur to match that inspired me, but while searching online, there were no shops that sold anything close to that. That year, I settled for a pink jumpsuit, but I was determined to make the fur coat. With the help of YouTube, my very first fur coat was created.

First-time author, Farah Liz Pallaro’s book, Fashion.Business.Spirituality, has been featured in Vogue Arabia, Glamour Italy, and The Lifestyle Journal. While some may attribute this success to pure luck, the strength of the core message of this book is undeniable; People, before products and services.
