So, is the Nothing Phone (2) a worthwhile purchase? Well, that has a tough answer. But let me attempt to make the solution simpler.

The Nothing Phone (2) is based on the Phone (1) and has a similar appearance overall with a few logical changes here and there. A larger form factor, a changed Glyph design, curved glass at the back, and many other changes are among these modifications. Overall, the design definitely appears more upscale than the Phone (1).

A stronger processor, a bigger battery, and improved software make the Phone (2) a significant advance in terms of specifications. Overall, the Nothing Phone (2) is an acceptable improvement over the Phone (1) and has a good design. All is good, except the price of the Phone (2) could have been a bit modest.

The price of the Phone (2) is significantly greater than that of the Phone (1), beginning at Rs 44,999 and rising to RS 54,999 in India. Gaining the trust and attention of customers is difficult for a company that is so new.
