The seasons of spring, winter, summer and autumn go beyond seasons of weather. They also are season of color. Each of us has an individual season, determined by the physical characteristics of our own. Our complexion, hair color and eye color decides the season we're in, and that determines what shades (clothing as well as makeup accessories) are the best for us.

There are two simple ways to establish the season you are in.

Step 1

The first step to determine what season you're in is to determine the color of your hair will be hot as well as cold.

Warm color palettes call thoughts of desert hues such as brown sand, green cactus and orange sunsets. On the other hand cooler colors reminds you of your thoughts of the Arctic Circle, with its glaciers of bluish white, and the hues of the sky as well as the ocean.

The most straightforward way to tell the color of your face is either cool or warm is to observe how two things (one warm, the other cool) appear when placed close to your face. Silver and gold provide the most precise assessment. You can make use of fabric swatches or dangly earrings any other object large enough to provide an accurate visual.

Place the gold on the level of your skin on one hand, and your silver to the side. You will be able to determine which one (warm) as opposed to silver (cool) is more attractive on you. You'll be able to tell that your best attributes will be noticeable. Your eyes will sparkle and your skin will appear more radiant as well as your smile will look brighter. If you choose the right shade your fine lines and the eye circles will be less noticeable. When you pick the wrong shade your skin appears like a sour shade of green or yellow and your facial features will not be noticed. You may have to change between silver and gold several times to determine if you're either cool or warm.

It is best to conduct this test in daylight with freshly cleansed skin and an uncluttered, neutral background such as white walls. Take your hair in a backwards direction and leave your shoulders untidy to get a real perception of your natural hair color.

If you're not able to determine if you're cool or warm through the test method explained, you can check your color by looking more carefully at your appearance.

If you are of warm-colored skin, you will be able to show these physical characteristics:
