Gain some inspiration from some of our favourite travel looks for eight different types of trips. From warm getaways to romantic rendezvous, and cooler escapes to business trips, we’ve got you covered.

1) Warm Getaways

When you’re jet-setting to places with warmer weather, the key to comfort is light and breathable fabrics like linen to keep you feeling fresh. An ultra-comfortable white linen dress is light enough for walks on the beach, and the relaxed silhouette is perfect for sunset drinks in the lounge. Slip into casual mules while you're out exploring and dress it up with heels for dinner dates with your #1.

2) Romantic Rendezvous

We love anything versatile and flattering, especially when you have to squeeze into that economy seat and still look fresh for dinner as soon as you land. Turn heads all night long in a kaftan dress. This flattering silhouette can be worn as a tunic, or a cover-up while you're walking through the resort. Pair it with sandals and your favourite statement necklace while you're shopping for souvenirs.

3) In Transit

Perfect on planes and places where the weather is anything but predictable; a pair of modal black pants allow you to dress it up or down with ease. The lightweight Micro Modal fabric is stretchy, ultra-soft, and more elegant than silk. It's naturally wicking beechwood fibres keep you cool and dry or warm and cosy to suit the weather. We love these pants for many reasons, but mainly because they’re lightweight, sustainable, and easy to care for.

4) Cooler Escapes

If your goal is to look put together from head to toe during your trip, try a Poncho! It’s the perfect piece to layer over an Autumn look. It will keep you warm, while you acclimatize to the cold weather. Ponchos are soft and stretchy and won't feel constricting while you indulge in all the sweet treats that catch your eye.

5) Winery Tour

Don't sacrifice style just because you want to pack light. Bring items that you know you'll wear because they make you feel good. For cooler weather destinations, a cardigan made of luxurious Merino Wool fabric will keep you warm all day long without the suffocation and sweating of some synthetic materials. Layer over a tee and jeans while you go wine tasting in the vineyard or horseback riding in the country.

6) Business Trips

Opt for transitional pieces that can be dressed up or down. If you need to step off the plane and straight into a business meeting, look no further than The Bamboo Navy Nora Dress by Lou Lou Australia. The flattering, asymmetrical style can be dressed up or down. The soft, stretchy fabric will keep you comfy while in transit and looks elegant for drinks with coworkers.

7) Weekend Getaways

If your goal is to pack light, pack with purpose. Accessorize with colours that do all the work for you. Choose colours that match and accessories that will make you look anything but boring. The Hotel Fira Cashmere Blend Scarf is a light, and soft style featuring a Greece inspired print! Made of a Cashmere and Modal mix, this lightweight scarf will make any outfit pop.

8) Tropical Beach

Hats are our favourite travel accessory because they block those rays from damaging your skin. Some destinations have a stronger UV intensity. Opt for a travel hat that can be rolled, scrunched, and crushed into your bag, but it will pop back into shape the second you pull it out. An added bonus is a hat with a UPF rating of 50+ so you know it will do a proper job of protecting your skin from the sun’s rays. You can enjoy those long days sipping drinks with tiny umbrellas by the pool guilt-free.
