Locked down but looking good.

Because of the novel COVID-19, a lot of things have had to change. Because of the incorporation of masks into our daily lives, of course our fashion too has had to change.

Now, this change isn't a worldwide change. All over the world, people are using standard regular face masks, but of course leave it to Nigerians to spruce it up and sew masks to match outfit.

Instagram comedian Maraji posted a very funny skit that addresses this and it was the inspiration behind today's post. And so for that reason, I'm going to show you the skit first and because of the number of outfits and masks Maraji made for this, she makes our list of 7 Most Stylish Quarantine Looks.

Ready to see the looks, then let's jump right in!

1. Maraji

The inspiration behind today's post. Maraji highlights how all around the world, people are putting on regular face masks in the face of the Coronavirus. But not Africans. Nope! For us, it has become a whole new fashion accessory!

We can't even deny that all of Maraji's looks were on point. Of course she has to feature on our list, and yes, if this were a ranking, she'd be our #1 pick.

2. Nancy Isime

Nancy Isime is keeping it hot in this tiger print crop top, trousers, and mask to match. The Nollywood actress and presenter set the internet ablaze when she posted these fire pictures of herself looking HOT in the quarantine season. We love to see it.

3. Tiwa Savage.

You can best believe that Africa's #1 bad girl wasn't going to be left out of the mix. Although her mask is a basic white one, she picks a white t-shirt to compliment it and pairs it with a nice jacket that makes the whole look come together. Simple, but very stylish!

4. Funke Akindele

Funke 'Jenifa' Akindele is geared up against Coronavirus. The actress posted these fire pictures of herself looking ready to go out cycling, and another one of her on the staircase preparing to go out yet again.

The looks are very simple, but they're nice and stylish and that's why we love Funke's style.

5. Yemi Alade

Believe it or not, this Yemi Alade picture is from way back when in 2018 when she was wearing this sound activated glow in the dark face mask for fashion. The singer posted this on her social media surprised at how something that was being used 2 years ago as a fashion accessory has now become so essential.

What an outfit Yemi is rocking by the way! The way everything matches is so cool and these pictures are really fire.

6. Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde

Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde finally stepped out of her house after being 3 months indoors. The actress posted this picture saying that she was surprised she could even fit through the doors. 😂

I don't know what Omotola is saying. She still looks better than me on my best day! 😂😂

7. Chinyere ‘Chi Chi’ Adogu

Beauty queen and TV presenter, Chinyere ‘Chi Chi’ Adogu's color combination is impeccable!

The way everything matches, this is a girl that definitely knows what style is and how to look good at all times. Wonderful look!
