As you all know we have implemented a new employee of the month policy, to recognize that our employees play available role in ensuring the ongoing success and performance of our company. Thank you all for your nominations for our first employee of the month we will continue this process each month moving forward.

Our first ever employee of the month, is our health and safety officer, miss Ruby Scuffles Von Puppy duck,

“Paws for applause"

Ruby was nominated by the largest demographic of all the employees, and we are not surprised in everyone’s nominations. Ruby's work ethic is not only exemplary, but her dedication to everyone else's safety is always foremost in her work principles. Ruby cares for and ensures the safety of all employees at all times by guaranteeing a safe perimeter around the entire office. Ruby makes sure that at no point in time that any small animals, such as rabbits, squirrels and birds come anywhere near the workplace, her dedication is constant and never obtrusive or annoying.

Ruby has a love and dedication for announcing the delivery of all packages delivered to the office. As well, all packages entering the office are vigorously scrutinized, for anything that may cause harm to any employee or any toys that may be unsafe, no bag goes unsearched.

Ruby always makes sure that each employee has a safe and healthy diet by insisting on testing/ tasting each person’s meal for the highest standards of freshness and Quality. She insists on monitoring any food preparations to ensure the highest of standards and food safety handling practices.

Ruby’s dedication to the safety and comfort to all seating surfaces is profound. She continues to ensure the ergonomics and comfort allowed to all employees and dedicates her time to providing the most vigorous testing of these surfaces to ensure all our employees never ending comfort.

Ruby certifies a healthy work life balance for each and every employee. By ensuring that all employees take regular breaks from their work to pace to look at how cute she is, rub her belly or take her for a walk ruby ensures that each employee is running at their optimal health. Ruby insist that it is important for all employees to take time to walk outdoors especially at the dog park.

Ruby insists on going on all deliveries and/ or pick-ups she accompanies each employee for their own safety to ensure that all small and large critters are kept a safe distance from employees at all times. Ruby has recently helped with overnight trips and longer distance road trips despite her ongoing aversion to driving long distances and the fact that she occasionally suffers from car sickness, she takes such good care of each employee at the office and away.

Ruby’s nighttime office perimeter checks are performed on a regular basis and with the utmost scrutiny. We can always feel safe in the knowledge that we have the best safety officer on the job day and night.

In addition to all the hard work Ruby is currently working towards a promotion to the human resource department specializing in mental health safety. She is already been practicing with her super long snuggles and her constant availability to cuddle.

We want to thank ruby for all the hard work and dedication she has put forward in to helping us out as a company during these hard times. We want her to know how much we appreciate her and that this office would not run as efficiently or as productively without her constant health and safety vigilance. We hope that with her new position in human resources she continues to put in the highest quality of work that we have come to love and appreciate from her.
