Olive

This is my precious cat, Olive. She’s only a year old in this picture.

Sadly, I had to leave her with my mom when I moved out, since she bonded more with her than me. The sad story of my life.

It was actually taken in the bathroom on a whim, I seriously did not expect it to turn out so good, so it was a pleasant surprise. I have several pictures of all my animals and found out that I am scarily good at having them look at the camera while taking the picture. Like, damn I could’ve been a photographer. Not really my kinda thing though, unfortunately.

I saw Olive lying there in the artificial light and decided, why not take a picture of her cuteness. I kinda caught her attention behind the camera and then she was staring at the lens and I just took the picture. It took a couple tries, cause either she moved or it was blurry cause I shake a lot. But this one is a serious masterpiece. One that I am super proud of.

Hannibal

This is my doggo Hannibal, we call her Hanni for short. She's about a year and a half in this photo. We actually adopted her when she was a year old. She'd been found in an Indian Reservation and was rounded up. I got her shortly before I turned 19 on my Grandmother's birthday. I say she's my dog because I bought her, but she really bonded Nana the most.

She was on the couch and the previous foster owner wanted to see how she was doing, so I whipped out my phone and took this picture. I'd say she looks really happy. She's healthy and has her own yard to run around in.

We still have her and she's still doing good

Stray

This guy is a stray that I stumbled upon while at my Grandmother's house.

I took out my phone to get some pictures to post on social media and get word around of the lost puppers. I thought that the black spot on his tongue was kinda neat and definitely a distinguishing feature. He was an older golden retriever and was super sweet.

We fed him since he looked like he'd been wandering awhile. We figured he got lost while his owners were hunting or something (since it was that time of year) and he chilled on the deck with me until we decided to call animal control to come pick him up.

I bonded instantly to him. He was loving and let me pet him and even laid in my lap for a bit. Nana promised me that if his owners didn't pick him up, then she'd find a way to let me have him. Unfortunately, he was found and collected by his rightful family and I'm happy for him.

Hopefully he's out there living his best life, the cutie.

Tiberius Maximus

This is my sister's cat Tibby. He's a blonde Tabby cat who is about 14 years old. Though I can't be sure cause I kinda lost track.

This picture was, once again, taken in the bathroom. (Seems like a really lively place) Not really what you think when it comes to awesome pictures, but I guess I'm just different.

My mother actually purchased him from a foster home on a whim when he was a kitten, carrying him home in her purse. She was such a cat lady, and still is to this day.

We have him here with us, since he's very obviously infatuated with my sister. But this picture was taken before Olive's and I just got the sudden inspiration to document him, to keep him forever. Cause even though he is my twin's cat, he still loves me and I love him.
