Top 2 exercises for your cat

Even if you've bought pet insurance for your cat, that is no reason for you to neglect their excercise routine. Our cuties need excercise and fun to thrive, enjoy themselves, and live a healthy life.

Aside from the occasional run-in with a dog or neighborhood child, most cats lead relatively sedentary lifestyles. This lack of exercise can lead to a host of health problems. As a responsible pet owner, it's important to make sure your cat gets the exercise it needs to stay healthy and happy.

Here are 2 exercises that are perfect for cats.

1. The "S" Walk One simple exercise you can do with your cat is what's called the "S" walk. This is where you simply encourage your cat to walk back and forth in an "S" shape. You can do this by holding a toy or treat at one end of the "S", and then calling your cat to you. As your cat walks to you, slowly move the toy or treat to the other side so that your cat has to continue walking. You can even make this more challenging by adding obstacles, such as piles of clothes or furniture, for your cat to navigate around.

2. The "Figure 8" The figure 8 is another simple exercise that you can do with your cat. This is where you create a figure 8 pattern with a toy or treat, and then encourage your cat to follow it

Many people think that cats are independent and aloof, but the truth is that they need love and affection just like any other living creature. Cats are social animals, and they form strong bonds with their owners. When you love and care for your cat, you are not only making them happy, you are also forging a bond that will last a lifetime.

In addition to love and affection, cats also need proper nutrition and exercise. A healthy diet and plenty of playtime will keep your cat happy and active for years to come. Proper care and attention will ensure that your cat enjoys a long, healthy, and happy life.
