What is a man? Today there are debates on what makes a man.

Is it the traditional if you were born with XY chromosomes you are a man. Is a man a person that was born with a penis. What about people that were born with both a penis and breast. What about people that are intersex. How about Trans people. We will talk a lot about what is happening in the World right now to Trans people.

For the people that think it is just chromosomes there is a problem because of all the chromosome variations that can happen. For example, intersex people. They can be born with both XX and XY chromosomes. They could have unique genitalia. An example would be they were born with a scrotum that looks like a labia.

How do they explain the people that are born with parts of both sexes like a fully formed breast and penis or a penis and a vagina. This brings up another problem. If they are born with a penis and vagina and the Doctor and parents, choose which gender they want this can cause a lot of problems later on. This is how we get some Trans people. I know this concept would be hard but I think Doctors and Parents should leave it the way it is and let the child decide later on. If it doesn’t cause any medical problems.

Let's talk about Trans people. There are a lot of Laws in the U. S. that are against Trans people. Floridia has become the first that has basically made it a death sentence if you are Trans or part of the LGBTQIA+ community. It is a no travel state for us. If you think that is crazy just look it up. Doctors and Paramedics don’t have to treat you if they don’t want to. They have made it legal to kidnap children.

Florida isn’t the only state, they are just the worst. 15 states have bills limiting medical access or procedures for transgender minors. 37 states have laws limiting sports to biological sex.

Would you consider someone transitioning from Female to Male a male. Would you consider someone transitioning from Male to Female still a male. This is where it gets tricky especially with the bathroom laws. They want you to go into the bathroom of the sex you were born with. That means people that look like males now because they transitioned are going into the women's restroom because that is the sex they were born with. The people don’t like this because they don’t want males to go into the restrooms with them. They have just screwed themselves with their own laws. In my eyes you are the sex you identify with and transitioned into.

Let's move into what makes a man in society. Is it the traditional gender roles? The man goes out and works and makes the money. The woman stays home and takes care of the house and kids. I hope we are long past that. A man can be a stay at home dad. A wife can go out and make money. A man can be feminine.

What about Femboys or cross dressers? Would you consider them a man? What if they looked so good as a woman that you truly thought they were a woman. Are they still a man? In the traditional sense yes, they are. In the ways some people think today maybe they aren’t. Maybe they are both or neither.

What is a man to you? I hope you have enjoyed my thoughts on what makes a man. Let's discuss openly in the comments or on discord and be respespectful.
