The difficulty of starting a Business

Through this chapter, I would like to share with you how important to me, it was to have gain work experience, or even the graduation.

As explained before, I have been doing too many things at once, in terms of roles in the Company or a start-up. So, this means that you need to have skills in different areas. There are a few roles that you might miss, but once you have created your company, you notice that it's not that easy, because you end up finding out that you lost a huge amount of time doing one thing that you weren't aware was actually somebody's daily function/role in a different company. So, you start understanding why a few Companies have too many employees, and some of them you actually think are small tasks, but it makes a huge difference.

Let me take you through my business, which currently is creating nursery rhyme content. As an example, it takes time to write a storyline, script, to write a song, to edit videos, since some of them are not as expected, you may need to fix some parts of the video, and then synchronize the song well with the video. Making an appointment with the animators to check the upcoming videos. And other tasks I cannot remember right now, but of course I will share them here as I explain. Apart from the fact that you need to do the quality control/review of those tasks. And I'm not talking yet about what I explained briefly in the previous chapter regarding documentation and legal issues. The point is, I have such experience in the IT field, I have been working with a few applications with admin power that gives me more reliable actions, such as assigning a license to us, for now is only 2 people with our company domain licenses, but I can understand well, the procedure to assign the correct license for upcoming employees since we do not provide(yet) any type pf license to contractors. I can also take some security procedures, such as Multi Factor Authentication(MFA), only log in if has it, I have already provided access to me and limited it to my wife. I believe we do not have the same technical control, so it will be the same for a few employees later on. I do not hesitate to check and follow the appropriate steps for my company, even though it is only in the beginning. I thing is very important, especially because of phishing and other cyber attacks that make a lot of companies incur huge financial losses, as we can see in different reports nowadays. This is one of the things that made me aware of those risks. The other one is working with multitasking. I started working on calls, chats, emails, and tickets in the queue, so I have learned how to work in a multitasking environment. I can say that I have applied what I learned in that field.

I would say its very important to have it, and if is in the aread you want to invest, much better.
